This app has made running 5E games so much easier for me.
The combat encounter feature is the main attraction, letting you track Initiative, stat blocks, hit points and conditions in one neat system. You can also use it to just put a bunch of stat blocks in the same place as a kind of roster for dynamic dungeons and random encounter options.
The compendium is pretty limited presumably because of licensing, but you can easily add new monsters, items and spells. The rules reference section is also incredibly helpful. And the interface is very tidy and intuitive.
I can’t run a whole adventure from this app as my style of prep requires the freedom of an unruled notebook for making mind maps etc. But sitting at the table with that notebook as my main resource, plus this app on my phone or tablet to have all the crunchy mechanical stuff together and accessible, makes for a really smooth DMing experience.
Highly, highly recommended.

This app is amazing a must have for DMs premium is cheap and worth it!
One improvement that needs to come is the abilty to “hide” NPCs
My NPC list is massive. I dont want to delete them just in case but i dont really meed to always have a random baron from a town 30 sessions ago still sit on the list.

Not a bad piece of work
I have been a DM for many years and have tried a number of ways to keep track of my NPC’s and encounters. This app is very intuitive and has a good way to organize encounters and NPC’s. It does take a bit of time to enter the NPC’s (as should be expected) but it comes with a compendium of monsters to easily move and modify 5E monsters to make it as easy as possible.
I have only used this a few times and my only recommendation so far to get to 5 stars is to make it possible to change an adventure NPC to a campaign NPC and visa versa.
The icing on the cake would be adding functionality to be able to organize a campaign… but I think that is asking too much from one app!

Seems ok, but i don’t have 20/20 vision
This app seems to have potential but everything from the ui to the content is so ’tiny’. The fonts are very small making the app unreadable and unusable.
Larger fonts to make the most of the 12.9 inch screen i am on would be great. How about a setting for that?

Everything I need in one app
I never write reviews but this app was so good I decided to write one. It does everything that I need as a DM. I can write out all of my encounters before the session starts and then use them if I need them as my players adventure. I can also generate quick encounters for when I want to surprise the party with a random encounter. There is also quick access to a compendium, dice roller and rule reference. The free version comes with enough to try out all the features but limits the amount of content you can add. The unrestricted version is $3 USD and is a one time purchase which I think is more than fair. It’s so much better than paying a monthly subscription like every other app on the App Store. Overall I definitely recommend this app.

Honestly I’m impressed!!
They are absolutely brilliant and IT’S COMPLETELY FREE which means I can have access to everything i need. I’m currently DM’ing for the first time and it was so stressful till I found this app, now planning my sessions is not only fun, but easy and accessible too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this however
I wish it would have an up-to-date list of spells and monsters from the books such as Volos guide, xanathars guide, mordenkinens Tomb, Tashas caldron, and so on also for some reason dear are missing from the bestiary and they’re in the monster manual.
Otherwise it’s great it’s cheap and I get tones of use out of it.

Great App!
This is a super useful app. Literally the best one I have used. Completely customizable.
A couple of questions:
1. Is there a user guide? I have looked online but I can’t find one.
2. I can add treasure to my encounters but from what I can see there is no way to see it outside of the edit encounter function. There doesn’t seem to be a way to move treasure to characters’ inventories once the encounter is over. Is there a way to do these things that I’m not aware of?

Absolutely Amazing Tool for DMs
I cannot recommend this app enough, including the premium version. While there is a steep learning curve to learning all the different aspects of this app, once you have played around enough and experimented you'll find that it is capable of so much.
I use this to run several campaigns. It makes running encounters super simple, keeping track of initiative, cooldown abilities, and HP/AC for monsters. And if you have a question about a spell or treasure, you can look it up within seconds from the compendium.
I have added a bunch of monsters manually from 5e expansions. There are a couple of flaws with it but overall I find it easy. First I would ask for the option to customize the lists of damage/terrains/languages. I would also like the ability to track Legendary Actions per round (like there are for recharge abilities such as breath weapons).
Second, I occasionally get a glitch where when I am adding vulnerabilities/resistances/immunities, acid is added to vulnerabilities for no reason. In other cases, when I select condition immunities stunned/unconscious, they do not save and I have to type them in manually.
Aside from these issues, I think this is a fantastic tool for DMs to run games with efficiency.

Quarantine
I am in quarantine,(sarcastic yay). I like D&D and was looking for a way to break the boredom. I went online to find some character creators, but all of them were too complicated to use, or had Addons to get most classes. So I turned to the apple App Store, and found this. This app has many great features(Now I sound like a mobile game add sorry)
