Glad this helpful app is working again!

This app provides a lot of helpful info. For a while it wasn’t opening and I’m grateful it’s working again.

Stopped working two weeks ago

Great app very clean & easy to use until it now crashes on opening. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted phone etc w/o success. Any ideas appreciated.

Can’t open the app

I can’y enter the app, I’ve tried multiple things like restarting my phone, making storage for my phone, deleting and installing the app again and nothing works. I’ve seemed other methods of help but nothing seems to work, please help me fix my problem or fix the app.

Great Up, Buggy Update

This is a fantastic app but the ever since the latest update I cannot open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Please create a new update to fix this bug.

This app is GREAT

Update: The app stopped working and will no longer load even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I hope this will be fixed soon as I LOVE this app and can only imagine the hard work involved in its upkeep. I’ll keep checking to see if this issue gets resolved so I can continue to ride the bus anxiety free. Thank you.

This app is easy to use, makes trip planning convenient, buses are usually in time with the app. No complaints!

Having issue with current update

This used to work so well, but after the recent update the app doesn’t even open on my phone. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling several times and it still doesn’t work. The “support” option on the App page only brings us to a summary. Any help to fix this would be much appreciated.

NL bus, 7:27 am from Salesforce to Eastmont

Disappointing and unreliable. More often than not it is canceled. Has been canceled all of this week thus far and there’s a cancellation every week and we need to get to school on time

I am just a rider myself and make this app in my spare time. I would recommend attending an AC Transit board meeting and making your pain known during open forum. Bus leaves early, comes late or doesn’t show sometimes.

I just ran out to catch the J and it left a whole minute early. Other times it shows up late or doesn’t show at all. The J at Christie Avenue and 63rd.

99 and 210 are always late. at 5:06pm.

Please have these two routes to run on time. They’re always late. The ace train departs at 5:06pm and I miss it due to your buses not arriving on time. What’s the schedule for d you can’t honor it.
