NL bus, 7:27 am from Salesforce to Eastmont
Disappointing and unreliable. More often than not it is canceled. Has been canceled all of this week thus far and there’s a cancellation every week and we need to get to school on timeGolflin

Dear AC Transit rider, Thank you for your review and I am sorry the NL is unreliable for you. If only I had the power to change this inside AC Transit! I am just a rider myself and make this app in my spare time. I would recommend attending an AC Transit board meeting and making your pain known during open forum. I just ran out to catch the J and it left a whole minute early. Other times it shows up late or doesn’t show at all. The J at Christie Avenue and 63rd.Ac rider Emeryville

Please have these two routes to run on time. They’re always late. The ace train departs at 5:06pm and I miss it due to your buses not arriving on time. What’s the schedule for d you can’t honor it.Adam zepeda
