Not worth the effort!!!
Should’ve done two things for FREE: find the Fitbit AND SET IT UP!! Unless you pay for it the app does NEITHER!! If the app says it requires payment to work RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING then fine but if not then it should SAY SO!! Otherwise it’s plainly misleading and an outright DECEPTION!! Cheap or not (lifetime or not!) it’s a fraud… If it claims it without saying a payment is required then it can’t be proven one way or another. WHY would I bother paying for a lifetime subscription unless I know if it actually works?! No wonder some app developers make a

I have purchased your type of watch but still have trouble connecting it to my iphone

Everything except Fitbit
I lost my Fitbit throughout the course of a busy day and had no idea where. What I did know is my phone was able to sync with it and it had 50% charge. I knew it had to be within 30 feet of where I could sync, give or take. I searched and turned up nothing. I got this app to pinpoint it. It found every device in my house and neighbors homes except my Fitbit. I did end up finding my device. I happened to turn while running another scan and caught sight of it. I was standing right next to it and the app didn’t even see it. Waste of time and money.

Not even close!
My sone replaced his fitbit. I paid for the extra on this app to be sure we find it for him. We thoughtbit may be at our cottage so I openned the app and walked around the small cottage and was showing 90% strength in one area on his bed. We tore the bed apart and search the whole place and never found here. We then went back home and was making up the top bed on his bunk and it was laying in bedding. Unreal.
Don’t waste your money on this app. Showed us 90% strength at the cottage which is a half hour drive from our home where we ended up finding it.

Fitbit makes changes to the graphics of the information
Not an improvement loss possibly a gimmick to sell you there premium services. I am right now through recovery from major surgery but as soon as I get well enough, I am dumping Fitbit and any of their products.
I previously commented on the poor new graphics they have been using. And I also called for some help and they didn’t even offer help because I didn’t buy it through Fitbit directly. I think they’re coming too big for the britches.

Watch is not working well
The time is 3 minutes later. How do I fix it? I think it in not working well. It is only 1 year old. When I was in Rome I was impossible to change the time .

“Weak signal” “Could be in another room” when actually 3 feet away and 58% charged
