Not helpful!
Lost my fitbit but knew it was in the house. Used the app all over my very small home, the app kept “finding” every bluetooth connected device but NOT the fitbit. This morning I disabled rge connection to all other devices and the app just said out of range or not turned on. I decided to give it one more go, still all red dots, still said can’t find. I started looking on the floor and found my fitbit visually.

Review update
I first wrote a low review because this app found every Bluetooth device in my house BUT my Fitbit. However, I turned off the other devices and it did locate my Fitbit which fallen through a small hole in the side crease of my chair. It was INSIDE the chair. The app was a big help and I’m not sure I would have found my Fitbit without it. If the app had a menu to choose among various Bluetooth devices, I would give it 5 stars.Show lessBalsam 2
Very disappointed in my Fitbit
My old Fitbit was your cheapest model an it worked fine. Then I bought a more expensive one and it loses Bluetooth and is so confusing to use. I have been disappointed in it. It is the versa 2. I hoped the would be instructions with it. But it is all done with apps. Old people don’t like apps. It won’t give me credit for my steps. That is so disappointing. I am old and work hard for those steps and the list goes on.Show lessclayford71
Fitbit Finder
I lost my Fitbit and figured it was outside where I was doing yard work. I downloaded this app and scoured the yard with it. No luck. Then I checked inside and was excited when it showed me I was really close to my wristband. I looked all over the room and the room beneath it with no luck. So I went back outside the next morning and found it in the bushes where the app had shown only a faint signal the day before. When I put the Fitbit right next to the app and did a scan it showed only a faint signal again. I’m hoping for a refund of my paltry $2.99.Show less8EE8S
Inspire2 found!
Tracker located stronger signal on floor below where fitbit was and then I was able to zero in and find it upstairs. Only glitch was that it was initially tracking something other than the fitbit so had to cancel and restart and follow only when this inspire device was showing. Was very helpful as I was doin a massive amount of cleaning and sorting and it was under a pile. Would have taken me hours and days to find otherwise so am grateful.Show lessTina Daypeg
Looks for wrong devices - please add new feature
Looks for anything your Bluetooth is connected to or can search for (I.e. non paired devices). This has potential of being a great aspect of this app, HOWEVER you are not able to select the device you’re looking for as it does it automatically and sometimes feeling at random. This is very problematic if you have multiple Bluetooth devices in your home, or if you live in a more densely populated area because you’ll be connecting/looking for your neighbors’ devices… Please add a feature where we can tap on the “device” section or on settings in order to change the device we are looking for!!Show lesssomanyposibilities
FitBit Versa2
This app does not work at all. I guess it’s just a scam for people desperate to find their devise. I’m so sorry I paid for it, even though it wasn’t a lot of money I still paid something for nothing. It would turn green in my bedroom area and I tore the room apart looking for it. In the long run it was found in a different part of the house where it indicated red. Once I found it I opened the app and held it above my FitBit while I was wearing it. It indicated red and said there was no signal that it was off or in a different room… I was wearing it!!! I just miss placed my Fitbit that I spent a lot of money on. So I’m frantically searching around trying to find the same unsuccessfully. I then decided to see if there was a Find My Fitbit app in the market. Sure enough there was. I turned it on did not have to do anything started the search and led me right to where my Fitbit was. Awful
First problem, I paid for the premium service for life to use. Once you use it and close the app, when you relaunch it, it asks if you want to purchase the premium service again. In very tiny writing at the bottom is “ restore purchase “. I didn’t delete the app, why do I have to hit restore every time I use it? Very deceptive. I keeps using it because I still haven’t found my Fitbit.
Second problem, it says signal is weak or strong and where device is listed, it says iPad. I’m using my phone to find my Fitbit which is what this app is supposed to do. Why is it finding my iPad which is sitting on my desk?
If I use my iPad to search for it, the device listed is my iPhone which is right next to me. It is finding everything that isn’t lost and not finding my Fitbit at all. I know it’s somewhere close because when I hit sync on my phone it updates immediately.
This app is complete garbage. This is old man with a 3-strand comb-over hot trash. This app stinks more than humidity-soaked hookers using wet wipes to bathe. I want my money back.Show lessFunnylady904
Totally worked!
It took a few tries to get it to connect with my Fitbit but when it latched onto it and not other devices in my house, it took me right to it! I also found my iPad so I’ll keep this app. My only regret is I can’t name the different signals it’s picking up. So it said a bunch of numbers and I don’t know what device that is. But all the Apple and Fitbit devices had their proper names. Very cool!Show lessMusic Genome
