Crashes after indexing photos

App crashes immediately at startup
CRASHES! Same as another recent user reported in summer 2024. My old iPod Touch is still running well with iOS 12 and it worked fine as recently as yesterday with my PhotoFast 32GB Lightning/USB A cable. But when this App was updated today, I cannot access either my internal storage or the external dongle storage.
Please let us older customers back up one version and get back to our storage!Show lessunhappy with July 2024 update

Refuses to launch
Latest update will not launch on iPad Air (iOS 12.5.7). Instead it instantly crashes before displaying the launch screen. Can find no way to downgrade to previous version.Rob Packett

Need to fix bugs
With iphone 13 pro max 15.2.1 every time i try to do backup is showing to give permission to my contact but there is no such option in the sitting to allow please fix itAlmoudr3
