A piece of poopy...deserves no star!
This is the second one I’ve tried. I have an IPad Pro 3rd Gen. with the latest upgraded system software. This app will not recognize the 4K reader nor the 128G thumb drive made by the same company - Gigastone. The IPad Pro recognizes the drive outside of the recommended app so neither the reader nor the USB port is the problem.Show lesssensor nut

previously I could not use this application for the latest IOS on device 7 and above because it always fails when authenticating data. thanks for the repair by activating bluetooth on the device automaticallyArihartyan

Wont stay running in background-Resets to Default
Please fix issue: Audio player wont stay running in background it reverts to Home page after switching to or between apps ( like maps, mail). Makes me dig thry folders to find that music album / Track again....Verry annoying.....
i updated to latest soft but still same.

Have been using this app for years. Provides a safe and SIMPLE way of transferring files between laptop and iPad.

Connected with no problem but couldn’t move files
I tried to lock and transfer my files but as I took the actions It stated “this iPhone’s power output is unstable, writing to the external memory has been disable to prevent damage to the file system.” Not sure what to do to solve this problem.mifanssssssssss
