TRICK TO CANDLE
I wasn't able to pick up the lighted candle either at first, so I just kept tapping on it really fast several times, and I was then able to pick it up and use it.

Have had a break from hidden objects good to be back. Some probs when the arrow for direction does not work just keeps telling me what needs to be done but going to the map solves the situation.Kazza 44

I had problems with candle but just click around the spot is a bit out not over the candle but more above it. Otherwise really enjoyed this and like hidden objects where you have to find things and then use themQuizzes

Excellent transporting map and Hint button, original, cohesive story line, quick transition between scenes. Inventive graphics and puzzles. No glitches. The only non-responsive negative is the Hint button didn't respond when in the correct location. I will definitely purchase the sequel!corntiques1
Don't Buy.
It's very frustrating. I got the problem as same as all others. I played until light the candle and game keeps on freezing no matter what I do. I am now have to start all over and this is not the first time for me. This kind of problem happening to several games I purchased with them. As well as some game that I paid for, once I restore the game I can't find anywhere, "murder she wrotes",.Show lessijustknew
