Needs update
I bought the inspection camera and at the time it worked great with my phone but now just because they are to lazy to update the app my camera is a useless piece of plastic. Please update! People have spent considerable money on the tools that go with this that are now obsolete!

App Crashes
App doesn’t even load. Crashes.
Used to work
3 stars because this used to work on my old iPhone. Even though it says it’s comparable with my new iPhone 15 using iOS 17.3, it is not. The app force shuts down as soon as I open it. I deleted the app and reinstalled it without success. I also restarted my phone and it still doesn’t work. Also my wife tried the app on here iPhone 14 and still no success. I won’t be buying any more Ryobi products that use a phone app.

Inspection camera waste of money
This would be a negative rating if it was available. I bought my Ryobi inspection camera 2 years ago and haven’t used it in about a year. I upgraded my phone since then and now the app isn’t supported with my new phone. Now I have a like new inspection camera that isn’t worth squat. I email Ryobi and it clear to my they could care less. No more Junk Ryobi products for me.

App stopped working
I use the moisture meter doing basement inspections and it worked quite well. Suddenly the app stopped working. When I go to open it, it just shuts down completely. This is very recent. May have something to do with the iOS upgrade.
Crashes immediately on iOS 17
No updates in 2 years means I’ve got a useless piece of hardware now.
Barely works
Whenever I plug in my device it would say please plug in your device IT DOES NOT WORK
Poor quality products
I purchased several of these devices, however when I purchased a new iPhone there was an adapter to plug earphone Jack to lightning plug and these expensive items no longer work with this adapter. I go through everything needed atty to turn the laser level on and it states device not detected. Just plain GARBAGE!!
