Amazingly awful
I am house sitting and was instructed to use this app to control the media in the house. I have never encountered a less-intuitive app. The only way I can get to what I want is to delete the app and download it again and start the process over. I would rather watch Netflix on my phone screen than try and deal with this app and the TV it’s connected to.

Logs Me Out After Each Use
This app is an absolute disaster. Do not let anyone tell you different. I have been forced to use it because the condo we bought at Pacific Gate in San Diego installed the control panels with this app in all condos. The app is poorly designed and I have being trying to get tech support to help me and their best answer is it's not their problem. What a horrible company, developer and tech support group. I highly discourage any thought of using it.

Terrible UI for video security. Impossible to review live or historical video effectively. Only the Climate controls work properly.

Can’t complain, it’s pretty good! Just wish it had easier IFTTT integration.
Flaw with the climate function
Operating in degrees Celsius, why can’t we adjust temperatures in half degree increments?!
Stay away
Buggy hardware and very buggy software. I’m constantly phoning in their “certified” programming technicians to troubleshoot their proprietary system. The app constantly freezes and/or resets back to the home screen whenever I have it open on my iPhone. Dismantling it and sending it to the recycling depot as I type this review.
