I am seeing and can control someone else’s house! Someone needs to reach out to me! This has to be a huge liability for you...and I can’t control my own home. I’ve tried everything...please help.
Needs iOS 14 update!
Update to iOS 14 makes this app practically useless. Having to use TV, sound system, satellite & Apple TV remotes instead of your app. When will you update to iOS 14 compatibility???
Crashes with every action
If I log onto app and select video to see our camera feed, the all crashes. When I restart and try to do the same it will crash multiple times before I can see our feed. When someone rings the doorbell I get a notification on my phone but when I press the button to answer the app crashes. It's frustrating that the app is so unstable because our entire home is connected through Elan.

Very displeased
At the start we absolutely loved this app. Over time it started getting more annoying. If you’re not connected to WiFi it just doesn’t work. It crashes constantly and rejects passwords 10x before it finally lets us in. This app could be so much better but it just disappoints.
Disappointed
Our app worked great for the first 6 months of owning our brand new home, with a brand new Elan ‘smart home system’. Now we can never log in, password is always ‘rejected’ (even though we can use said password to update to a different password, and that one doesn’t work either). What is the actual point of having a ‘smart home’ if it doesn’t even work? So disappointed.

The best control platform uses the best control platform app. People complaining about the app like used a poor integrator to install their systems mine functions as flawlessly today as it did 6 years ago when originally installed.

Truly simple uniform UI across touch screens iPads and my iPhone. Love the the new feature that allows me to alter the themes on my different devices. The intercom features is a life and leg saver, well done
