I love this app

Where I live it’s difficult to find Asian groceries, especially at reasonable prices. I love that we live in an age where i can find the items i love, at reasonable prices and have this stuff show up at my doorstep next day. I’ve also been able to try tons of products that aren’t even available in my local stores.

I also started ordering the restaurant food recently which tbh i was a bit skeptical at first how that would work shipping it (they throw in the dry ice pack to keep it frozen, just throw the food in the microwave for a few minutes), but my god I’m glad i tried it. I love pork buns and the one restaurant I have locally is overpriced and mediocre but thanks to Weee I’ve been getting them freshly made at good prices, delivered next day from a restaurant a state over. I never would have been able to get them without Weee. This app is a god send.

LAST ORDER FROM THEM EVER!! 👎👎👎

I have ordered on and off from from this app multiple times and usually they are super amazing! Unfortunately this will be my last order from them because the delivery driver dropped off my order to the incorrect address. I had asked for a refund for my order that was $85 as I’m in a leg cast and cannot drive. Every single customer service agent I’ve spoken to has told me they WILL NOT offer a refund and just go drive and pick up the order. (((It’s been a couple of days now since the order has been delivered to the incorrect address))) I’ve told them multiple times I was in a cast and am not able to drive that’s why I ordered the groceries from the app. I’ve requested a supervisor/manager multiple times and they keep brushing me off saying they are in a meeting. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they are not offering other means to the solve the issue (ex. Refund, or reshipping order to my correct address). They are basically saying well we’re keeping your money but your not getting what you paid for. I’m usually not the type to leave a review but I’m losing almost 100 dollars and they aren’t trying to solve the issue at hand. JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE COMPLETELY TERRIBLE!!

I love WEEE!

Updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. During pandemic, my experience with Weee was terrible. All of the items that I ordered that were marked as “out for delivery” was all the sudden out of stock only hours before arriving. It was very confusing because why would it be “out of delivery” if it was out of stock? This happened twice and while I got my money back, I decided not to use it anymore. Pandemic was a weird time for us all anyway. I moved on and forgot about it. The pricing and item selection was amazing, and Weee was maybe too good to be true. And then this year, I saw Weee trucks near my house as I was coming home. And my colleague was talking about Weee at work the same week. The two coincidences had me browsing this app again and decided to order one more time. The last two time, I received a refund for “out of stock” orders so I figured I’d have nothing to lose. And I received everything in mint perfect condition. I’ve been using Weee ever since and will continue to do so. Thank you so much for improving your app and making this a dream come true. I love the selection and I’m recommend it to everyone.

Needs drastic delivery improvement

My main concern is with the delivery windows. You can't pick a delivery window, only the day of delivery. This drastically reduces the convenience of grocery delivery as you have to plan on staying home for most of the day. The delivery windows are 3-4 hours wide and constantly change which makes it imposible to do anything productive because I have to wait around for delivery all day. I am currently waiting on my order that has been pushed back three times from a 4:00p-7:00p window to a 6:00p to 9:00p. This is ridiculous.

My driver also mixed up my order with someone else's last time so it took an extra hour for delivery on top of my delivery window being pushed back three times. I cancelled all my plans for that morning and afternoon just for delivery to end up coming at 8pm. My window was originally for 2-5.

The food itself has been great so far but don't expect much convenience from them. Not sure if I'll be ordering from here again.

Please state the countries you ship to

Downloaded this app thinking I could happily order some Korean Buldak ramen from Canada, apparently it only ships to states and not provinces. Should’ve advertised it as an app that ships only from Asia to the United-States instead of getting my hopes up :(

Tell you the truth, Wee is the worst shopping experience ever.

After using this app to shop, first of all, you will receive countless scam calls every day. Secondly, you will buy a lot of products that are almost to expire. Don't forget to check your shopping list after you receive the products. Maybe you will be missing your product. Finally, the customer service on Wee is terrible . They will hung up your call before you finish speaking, and mad to you. Or have to wait for a long time. The most important thing is- if there is a problem with their product, they will suspect that we are lying, not that there is really a problem with their product. Be careful about seafood, many products are smelly, not fresh. There are many shopping websites in Asia, but Wee is definitely the worst. Maybe they will use all kinds of despicable means to prevent me from telling the truth about my comments. But if you see it, thinking about it, if you rich or don’t care about your health, you can try it.

Terrible customer support

I made several orders and had no problems. I was recommending the app to a friend tonight and tried to login with my mobile number.

Apparently if your mobile number isn’t setup in your account (how? They texted me before!) it silently creates a new account and all your orders are of course missing.

I logged out and logged in using the email address. I tried to add my mobile number but it wouldn’t let me, it said it was already linked to another account.

I logged out and logged in with my mobile number again, and deleted that account. When I logged into my account with my email address, it said THAT account was deleted.

I called customer service within 5-10 minutes. They told me first that it had been deleted many hours prior, but I wasn’t even using the app at that time, and my last order was mid November.

The rep wasn’t interested in helping me, she said wait a week, re-enter all my information too bad so sad I lost my order history and silver status. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told they would call me tonight. Instead, I got emails telling me too bad, so sad. Saying I deleted it twice when I did not.

I deleted the app. I won’t order or recommend them to anyone anymore. Too bad. So sad.
