Disappointed
MOBI has now ceased support for the app I purchased.
When I inquired with them they told me to simply install the free version and my documents would migrate to the new app.
I did this, and the documents did indeed migrate. The problem is I’m now bombarded with prompts to upgrade to the premium version of the app, and ads appear on every page I open. I can no longer work with the documents on my original app because they disappeared when they migrated to the new app, they weren’t simply copied over.
My previous paid version of this app had none of these annoying distractions.
Needless to say, I’m very unhappy with this.

Hello, There should be no third-party ads and you should be able to freely create, edit files, export to PDF. If this is not the case, and I'm sorry to ask again, could you please contact us through the in-app form (Account, Send feedback, Contact support)? The information on App Store is limited and I can't seem to find your correspondence. Thank you!

After two weeks of trying to restore my purchase, it finally restored my account and I am able to use it without the adds.

Very useful, but has issues ...
One of the problems, is that the app will quite often render .xls files imported from Open Office (Windows) to unreadable format after saving it in OfficeSuite. Also, we could do without the nag window prompting us to leave a review. Even does it when a review has already been left.

Way to look out for the people who help support your app when it had all its flaws. You think we could get a notice or warning or at least the option to to keep our old version that we paid for bugs and all. I am sorry but I cannot afford a subscription.
Terrible customer care
deleted half of my copy and no one at Mobi has gotten back to me with an explanation as to what happened and who within Mobi had made the unauthorized alteration. There is no working customer service contact phone number so it’s impossible to speak with anyone at Mobi. I LOST HALF OF MY COPY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!!! This app is not user friendly and the customer service for any help is non existent.
This app works great but I am disappointed by the forced up sell to the paid edition. Without paying, the basic app really does nothing. I think it would be professional of the developer to say, up front, that if the user want to convert a odt zipped file to a readable version on iOS, you need to pay. NOT COOL, people. Non the less, I needed the conversion so I agreed to the upgrade, for now. But I’m not sure I’ll keep it beyond the 7 day trial... Have some guts, developer and contact me to discuss. Will this happen? Probably not.

I think its a great tool for iPad users on the go but not £20 a year

OfficeSuite provides 2 options for additional purchases: • OfficeSuite Pro (One-time purchase) – All premium features for iOS devices only (without PDF conversion) • OfficeSuite Personal (Subscription plan) – All premium features for 1 desktop & other mobile devices (incl. PDF conversion) Both of them are available directly through the freemium version, but if you have already purchased OfficeSuite Pro, than you could upgrade to subscription at a lower price.

It’s a very good, great and useful App!
Or this is not possible, I think it’ll be a useful think, If the developers should give this plus thing to the app!
