I can’t seem to get on this website because of apple on my iPhone 13 , it keeps saying cannot connect to because the connection is unsecure which untrue because when I used Samsung it showed a lock by it and I really miss seeing the beautiful picturesStephanie1705
Ya know why are you logging me out??
It would be great if devient art wouldn’t continue to keep on logging me out. I have been logged out of my account several times and can’t get back into it. It won’t let me reset my password when I forget it but I use every single password and every single email I have enough that are right. I don’t know why it keeps doing this but it’s really getting on my nerves and I can never reset my password because when I put my user name in it doesn’t work. It’s a great app overall but this little detail is really annoying and I’m about to delete the app.Show lessinky winky barrel racer

I love deviant art, on the website…
On mobile it is so hard to use and the website works way better. Notifications on the mobile app don’t show up properly. I can’t edit my stuff whether I want it to be downloaded or not, and if I have a typo I can’t edit it I have to completely delete it and repost it. Messages take forever to load in, and it’s just all squished together and slow. It randomly will log you out sometimes, you can’t make groups for your photos and can’t organise them. Like you can’t put them in folders. The website just has a lot more features I don’t understand aren’t on the app.Show lessDJ_Pup
Always crashes.
Any time it’ll crash you open the app it crashes, you scrolling for too long it crashes. its been like this for years for me.rashiekah

So am watching certain creators on DA. On the app I occasionally comment on their work. However, there is a rather annoying glitch somewhere which prevents a comment throwing up a message that you need to be a watcher in order to comment. The odd thing is that the main page shows I am a watcher but the page with work I want to comment on shows me as not a watcher. Selecting to change makes no difference as nothing happens. I therefore have to go to the DA website where all is fine and I can comment. All a bit annoying.Show lessZennor
It has been logging me out both in my phone and desktop
For most of the time that I have used the DeviantArt app, I’ve barely ever experienced any logging problems, but recently since DeviantArt began introducing two-factor authentication, which I don’t trust as much. I’m starting to experience login problems more frequently, because if I use the DA app it logs me out of my DA desktop, and when I use DeviantArt on my desktop it logs me out of the DeviantArt app, and so I end up going back and forth. I have no clue of what can be the root cause of this issue so I guessed it must be the DA app, do I uninstalled it from my phone and haven’t experienced any account problems, for a while. Until I began getting logged out of my desktop more than once and that I fuss around trying to regain access to my account, but DeviantArt won’t even accept my new password that I reseted, and the reset password page is a joke since it leads to a 404 Not Found page. It has gotten me to the point that I have been feeling more insecure about the security of staying logged into my account. even if I have the “keep me logged in” button turned on, the website can randomly boot me out at any given day. So this is a problem DeviantArt needs to fix and make its account security more secure for users like myself to not have to worry about these things.Show lessPaches51
Horrible Mobile App
You can make your profile as pretty as you want on desktop, but anyone using this app isn’t going to see a thing. Also if you don’t want people to comment on your profile, you can remove the section for comments on desktop, but people can still comment on mobile. I thought I was going crazy when I kept getting notifications of people thanking me for a fav, and couldn’t see where they were commenting. I can thank the mobile app for that.
Scrolling through the front page is annoying because all the images are like blown up so you have to do a lot of scrolling to see the full piece.
Basically, as others have stated, the app is lacking a LOT of features. You’d be better off just accessing DA through safari or chrome on mobile.Show lessj3sse_P1nkman
Fix this issue
I've been having alot of issues on the devianart app like my likes not immediately appearing and posts not loading in and the app constantly crashing whenever I scroll fast. even though I do like devianart and my popularity I think this should get resolved soon and a new update being made that fixes the issues.Show lessConnor/CTG
