Avoid using this company
Avoid using this company if you care about your clothes and money. I sent 2 jackets for dry cleaning, on the day scheduled for delivery, there’s no contact (no message, no phone call) to inform me that my order was delivered, only on that evening I got a system auto message that my order was delivered, but I only received one jacket back when I open the bag! The app shows the order is complete and I can only submit ticket for the missing jacket(it’s a jacket worth $1770). I submitted the ticket and the ticket has not getting any update even until now(5 days past). I also called the number from their website and no one answered.
In the end I contacted the driver through the number they used when pick up and only knowing that because my jacket has some fur on the hood that is not detachable and to clean that they would need a fur expert and takes 1 week and $75 so they need permission to proceed - this is ridiculous because no one contact me to share this information and ask for permission! And they already charged me the cost for 2 jackets even knowing they didn’t clean one of them.
The customer service does not exist and I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.Show lessalice tang105
Enjoyed the service of NimNim
I have been using NimNim for about one year, and I have a very positive experience. One of the best part is that you can choose from multiple pick-up / delivery windows throughout the day using the app. For my most recent experience, I confirmed the order around 5pm, and they picked up my clothes at the apartment at 6pm. They take good care of my shirts, and have a price even cheaper than the local cleaners. I’ve been using NimNim for several years to get my suits and shirts dry cleaned. The app is very easy to use and allows for many drop off windows. I like how I can simply leave my laundry in the lobby and it will be returned to me within the next day or two. The app allows for custom requests, and provides updates to let you know they’ve picked up your order. As a busy working professional, this service has been great to accommodate my schedule. Most convenient laundry service
I live in downtown Boston and have always had a laundromat close to my apartment. It recently closed down and the closest one is 1 mile away.
Nim Nim was referred to me by a neighbor and I have used it for years. It is the most convenient laundry service I’ve ever used - the app is simple to navigate, they pick up on the same day and return items the next day (many laundromats will charge exorbitant fees for this service!)!
It is also much cheaper compared to the laundromats in my area. As a working professional, time is so important and with Nim Nim, they make things so simple.
They also have promos every now and then, which is great for saving money. I am a huge fan of Nim Nim and have already referred a couple friends over to them.

Amazing Service and App
I used NimNim regularly for close to 5 years. I began using NimNim for my families laundry needs when we lived in Downtown Boston. We continued to use NimNim when we moved to Brookline Village. They were always professional and prompt. They washed our regular laundry, pressed my dress shirts, got the stains out of my daughters play clothes (including a dress or three), and even dry cleaned my wife’s dresses and work clothes. There app is super convenient and easy to use. We never had an issue with their service or with their delivery/pick up. I highly recommend their service. Fast and convenient
I moved to a new neighborhood and it was difficult to find a highly rated dry cleaner within walking distance. I found NimNim online and have been so pleased with their door-to-door service! They offer same day pickup, flexible windows to fit your schedule, and rush processing if you need it. They are great at communicating—you receive text messages when your driver is on the way and photo confirmation at the moment of pickup and drop off. I have been using Nimnim for over four years now. They offer a top notch and friendly service for laundry and dry cleaning.
The quality of the cleaning and the price for the service are great. They collect from your door (or concierge if your building has one) and offer a reasonable window for when they drop off the cleaned garments including rush jobs if needed.
If there is any issue they communicate by timely messages and you can even message them directly. If you’re looking for a reliable and quality service in Boston I would suggest you give NimNim a go.
The App is simple to use allowing you to provide detailed instructions for items or just drop them a mixed bag (oh, they provide a nice laundry bag too) and the team at NimNim will do the work for you.

Easy and convenient
Really great dry cleaning service that makes the process very easy and convenient. Able to leave my dry cleaning with the concierge at my building and they pick it up, clean it, and drop it back off within a day or two. Enter your order on their super easy-to-use app. Fill up your roomy, sturdy, handled bag. Drop the bag off in your apartment lobby. And poof, 48 hours later, your freshly laundered clothes are back in your closet, ready to wear. I’ve used several laundry services in Boston and NimNim has the best process, app and customer service by far. NimNim’s individual vendors are generally quite good and customer service has been easy to reach and responsive if there’s ever an issue. I especially appreciate that you can upload photos of stains, etc. with your order.
