Enter your order on their super easy-to-use app. Fill up your roomy, sturdy, handled bag. Drop the bag off in your apartment lobby. And poof, 48 hours later, your freshly laundered clothes are back in your closet, ready to wear. I’ve used several laundry services in Boston and NimNim has the best process, app and customer service by far. NimNim’s individual vendors are generally quite good and customer service has been easy to reach and responsive if there’s ever an issue. I especially appreciate that you can upload photos of stains, etc. with your order. They sometimes return an order sooner than requested (for example when I’m away) but I’d rather have that problem than the reverse!Show lessRojo207
No hassle and reliable
I have been using nimnim for about six months now and completely satisfied. I travel frequently and don’t always have the time to make a trip to a dry cleaners - the combination of nimnim and my buildings front desk has totally removed this hassle - every drop off and pick up has been smoothly handled. Excellent service
I’ve been using Nimnim weekly for many months now, I compared them with other services in my area (both local and apps) and they came out on top. The clothes are cleaner and softer, the customer service is friendly and responsive, and the prices are fair. With a toddler, we go through a lot of tiny clothes in a week, and with no in-unit washer in our apartment, the convenience of getting them back clean and nicely folded saves me hours every week. Great job and customer service
I used NimNim for the first time the other day and I had a great overall experience from start to finish. The app is very easy to use and the delivery-drop off system is very convenient. What I liked the most however was the customer service. They were very easy to reach out to and were very responsive. The turnaround time was great and they also return the bag you used. Convenience, ease and good quality
I’ve been using NimNim since I moved the the South End about 3 years ago. They are set up so that the exchange is done with the concierge in my building which works fantastic for my busy schedule and I am have peace of mind regarding the pick up/ drop off when I am not home. The quality is awesome. They do a terrific job and have an excellent turn around. I recall only 1 occurrence where a jacket of mine still had a stain remaining on it post dry cleaning and I emailed NimNim and they took care of it by not charging me an additional fee and having me include the jacket in the next pick up (they were able to remove the stain on top of it). Great Reliable Laundry Service
I switched to NimNim from other laundry services in Boston and so far they have been the best. I like that you can choose whether you want your laundry tumble dried or air dried. You can also choose detergent preferences. The pick up times are super flexible and have been reliable. I’ve used the wash, dry and fold service mostly and my clothes are nicely packaged on return and folded such that there are no creases!

Best Dry Cleaning Service Out There
I have been using Nim Nim for almost two years now and they have consistently delivered (literally and figuratively). They have a high touch service that is easy and accessible. The service menu is extensive (I’ve had them clean bedding, sofa stuff, etc too) and the always deliver on time with high quality work. They even stitched a few shirts that tore well. NimNim has been great in taking the burden of dry cleaning off my shoulders with their easy ordering and pick up service. I get to drop off a bag full of clothes at my apartment building package room, NimNim sorts and counts them, then sends me a bill and drops the clothes off within two days (at the time of my choosing!) great service that I will continue to take use of. Great laundry and dry cleaning service..
I’ve been using NIM NIM over several years now. They have always been prompt in picking up and delivery of my clothes.
Working away from home means you have to have a good service support network for things you need. I’ve had no need to ‘shop’ for laundry and dry cleaning support over the years I’ve been in Boston.
