I’ve been using this service for several months now and it’s been a lifesaver. They are very easy to communicate with and the clothes come back clean and perfectly folded. It’s saved me so much time. Sometimes they drop off and pick up at different times than I’ve selected in the app, but their communication is great so it hasn’t been an issue. This app and service are amazing. The app is well designed, the user experience is intuitive and the laundry services Nim Nim provides are life-changing! Once you book a service, you receive text updates to confirm the booking and pick-up/drop-off times. The Nim Nim staff are always a pleasure to interact with, super friendly and accommodating. I recently moved to Miami and was in need of a Laundary Service that could pick up and drop off my wash & fold / dry cleaning. I found NimNim online and discovered that they had a simple app that was easy to navigate. NimNim offered additional services as well including shoe cleaning, heavy duty cleaning for bedding, etc. After using their service once, I never looked backed! NimNim is flexible around my work and personal schedule. Additionally, it’s easy to get in touch with the NimNim team if I follow up questions. I am very lucky to have found this all in one service. Professional and friendly!
NimNim service makes my life easier! I often delay bringing my clothes to dry cleaners because it’s sometimes difficult for me to budget the time to walk to a physical store. NimNim staff picks up and drops off my clothes at my door, so I can get my chores out of the way easily! They return my clothes always in great condition. They were able to remove some stains on my sweaters. I can tell the cleaners are professional and meticulous. Highly recommend their service! The best laundry service!
I was in Miami for a month for work with no access to laundry and NimNim saved the day! Their app makes it extremely easy to customize the washing of each piece of clothing, and pricing is very fair! They alert you via text when they are on the way to pick up and drop off your clothes and your laundry returns smelling so so good! NimNim’s service felt extremely personal and I was able to easily contact them with any questions or concerns I had. So happy I discovered them on my trip!Show lessrysett
Life saver during the pandemic
Heard about NimNim from a friend and have been using them for about a month. Payment by weight of laundry which they weigh for you. The drop off/pick up people are very nice and you get text notifications when your pickup is on the way or clean laundry has been dropped off. You can specify on the app how you want your laundry done and they fold everything super neatly and put it in clean tied plastic bags. Very professional service, I would def recommend! Hands down one of the best dry cleaning/laundry services in the Boston area. I’ve had amazing experiences with them and their entire team are overall hard working and always on time! I don’t typically write reviews for apps but have to say that I am not only amazed by the concept of NimNim (can’t believe no one has thought of this earlier!), but also the service and execution. The app itself is super easy to navigate, and the pricing is unbeatable. Great service. Variety of Options!
NimNim is always on time for pick ups and drop offs. Quality of dry cleaning is excellent. They are always in communication! If there is a stain or tear I don’t know about they take care of it! Also have lots of coupons and special offers. Dry cleaning used to be a hassle but not with NimNim! Thanks

Wash and Air Dry!
I was excited to have seen the NimNim van around Boston and decided to check them out since I don’t have in unit laundry. One thing I worry about with doing a laundry service is being able to send things that I don’t like to be put in the dryer so was so pumped to see that they have a wash and air dry option! They’re great with communication and my laundry came back neatly folded for the was items as well as hung up for the dry cleaning!Show lessSholness13
