Convenience AND Great Service
I recently started to use NimNim for my dry cleaning and laundry service. This is truly a service-oriented business. Feels like the owner is taking care of you personally. You simply put your items in their bag and let them know what you want done on the convenient, user-friendly app. You tell them when you want them to pick it up and when you want them to drop it off. They accommodate your schedule. You get text updates to let you know when the driver is arriving to pick it up and when the driver is arriving to drop it off. They do a great job with the cleaning and laundry as well. This makes a busy life much easier and removes this task from your “To Do” list. And the price is totally reasonable. I never write reviews but this company is deserving of 5 stars and a glowing recommendation. NimNim provides incredible service, 48 hour turn-around and prompt support. Very convenient
I don’t usually leave reviews because something irritates me about services, but NimNim was absolutely seamless. They went out of their way and came to my apartment door, picked up my dry cleaning, even after I missed their call and dropped it off also. Everything from placing an order on their app to receiving the delivery back was seamless. My husband’s suit was handled properly. I wish all apps and services can be this straightforward. 48 hour turnaround door to door
Every time I request a pick up/drop off at my door they are there promptly and drop off is always on time (or early if they are in the area they will send a text to see if you are home). Adhd saving Grace
As an adhd-er getting tasks like laundry or dry cleaning done can feel insurmountable . At one point I was just buying new suits to avoid the the hassle of finding a dry cleaner let alone remembering to go pick it up. NimNim takes out all the potential sticking points by being simple and efficient . Plus since we tend to leave things to the last minute it’s great that they have a rush option! I ve been using Nim Nim for over a year now and I could not be more satisfied. Despite the fact that they help with pick up and drop off! The quality of the products they use is outstanding! I had so many bad experiences using other services, so many of my designer clothes got damaged $$! I’m very happy with Nim Nim I would highly recommend them. What a relief !
I don’t have to worry about remembering to drop or pick up. The app is easy to place order in seconds and the team takes care of everything from there. I’d been using Nim Nim for about 5 years now, they’re consistent, customer service oriented, & flexible with prompt delivery dates/times that other companies won’t offer. Lobby pop ups are great for us residents to engage & find out more about how they’re improving their services every year. My experience has been fantastic, highly recommend. Great service, needs a better app
I’m rating the service five stars, but can only give the overall company four stars because of a lack of quality interface on the app. I couldn’t go in and look at the specifics of my order once I had made it. Ruined my clothes and didn’t return some items
I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS APP. I’ve used this service twice now. The first time, they didn’t do a great job (blazers came pack with skewed shoulder pads, pants pleats weren’t intact as they didn’t hang the pants correctly). I decided to give them another try and regret that decision.
They returned only 4/5 garments to me so I now am missing my favorite blazer and will likely never get it back. They also ruined 2/4 of the pieces that were returned, with a large stain on a pair of pants and purple stripes all over one of my white shirts. I now have to take these two pieces to a local dry cleaner and pay them infinitely more money to have them fix the damage Nim Nim did. The convenience is not worth it.Show lessAl - Nickname taken
