Great system! Best service
We started using Nim Nim the day we moved to the a north end of Boston from LA. It was very very easy to get started. Their system is so transparent and the fact that they are 7 days a week was critical with my husbands travel schedule. It’s all on the app but if I ever had an issue or question I always got a call right back. Even their pick up and drop off bags were the bust. Safely covered all of our items on pick up. Others came only in plastic or flimsy small bags. It’s the little things.
After a while we did try two other companies recommended by others. I was miserable. No transparency. Never knew the status of our order. Only one or 2 pick up and drop off days. After comparing, Nim Nim was far and above the best way to handle dry cleaning.
We had been going to the same dry cleaner in LA for 20 years. They are awesome and treat us like royalty. Moving to Boston was a big change for us. Giving up those little things was hard. How in the heck are we going to find a good dry cleaner!? But when we found Nim Nim as soon as we moved in, I was immediately encouraged that we would have folks there to watch our back as we got used to downtown living.

Amazing Service and App
I used NimNim regularly for close to 2 years. I began using NimNim for my families laundry needs when we lived in Downtown Boston. We continued to use NimNim when we moved to Brookline Village. They were always professional and prompt. They washed our regular laundry, pressed my dress shirts, got the stains out of my daughters play clothes (including a dress or three), and even dry cleaned my wife’s dresses and work clothes.
There app is super convenient and easy to use.
We never had an issue with their service or with their delivery/pick up. I highly recommend their service.
I have since moved out of their service area and can’t find anything like them where I live now. So my only critique is that they need to expand further South of Boston!Show lessN-Law

I’ve used NimNim for three years and they have yet to disappoint me in their service or reliability. They have always been on time for me and communicate well when there is is a change that occurs. My husband and I have been using NimNim services for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier. Taking a chore out of our life that took away a lot of time, and having a super user friendly app that really allows us to do it seamlessly, at our own time, with short notice has been incredible. More over, the service is super and we’ve never had an issue.

Easy, practical and worth it.
I’ve been using the app and service for the last 3 years with no issues. Nim Nim team is very hands-on and responsive, always willing to best accommodate your time and schedule. We all now how time consuming doing laundry can be. We you factor in time, home energy use and detergent, Nim nim makes doing laundry a lot faster, simpler and at a very affordable, well worth price ! Responsive and Reliable
The team at NimNim is ALWAYS quick to respond to messages and questions. They are professional, friendly, and offer competitive pricing. App makes it extremely convenient and the ONE time I experienced a bug preventing me from being able to order, the team responded immediately over the phone. Great team - great job. NimNim significantly improved our life
Using the NimNim service has enabled us to manage our hectic lifestyle with so much less stress. We travel each week for work so it is so helpful to be able to get dress shirts picked laundered and dropped back off with quick turnaround time. Poor support
This platform needs a lot of work. There is no way to track your order to see it’s progress or contact the actual cleaner that does the job (despite claiming to be able to do that on the app). You are completely dependent on the driver contacting you for pick up or drop off, which often leads to miscommunications and issues. This lead my to not having my suit ready in time for an important interview. When I tried calling the number for customer support, it went directly to a mailbox that was full. I wanted to try this service and give it a chance but there are a lot of bumps to work out and the customer support is nonexistent.Show lesssuitless
