  • Great app needs a couple of tweaks

    This is a great app, but I have an issue when it comes to sending ethereum it keeps saying the address needs both upper and lowercase letters but not all ethereum addresses have upper and lower case letters so can this be fixed please as it is an unnecessary annoyance. And can you have a wider variety of crypto currencies available to trade?

    Hi, Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, Luno does not support sending ETH to ETH Legacy Addresses. Etherscan, an online Ethereum Blockchain Explorer, allows conversions for these older addresses. Please follow the instructions below to get an EIP55 compatible address: Some services, exchanges, or wallets do not yet support this. As the error describes, the address needs to contain upper and lowercase letters. Without this, the send simply will not go through from our end. -Copy the wallet address you want to send to -Open https://etherscan.io/ -Paste the address in the search bar on the top right-hand side of the screen and click Go -The wallet address is now displayed as a valid EIP55 address with upper and lower case letters -Copy the wallet address and paste it back into the Luno app and hit send If you have completed the steps above, the ETH transaction should now be accepted and will be processed as per normal. ^SR

    I give you 5 star based on my personal past experiences— BUT I hear that luno May close up in near future and monies will be lost or if anyone bridges terms their monies will be seized — pls I hope you are here to stay because I have sored crypto in luno even for my unborn child
  • Make my bitcoin available to send reference #1475880

    I have sent messages for my Luno wallet to be able to send bitcoin and no response still, it’s not encouraging for me to send more bitcoin into my wallet. Please I need to be able to send bitcoin. It has passed the time they I will be able to send out reference #1475880.

If you have reached your level limits as is the case, you will need to either verify the account to the next level (Level 3) by providing a proof of address or request a funds reversal while the account remains closed.   • Stupid App!!

    This is the most useless app i have ever seen.. Now if you don’t know how to use computers or program softwares, Get off the market.

    I have tried to sell or send out my BTC and it only says “the amount is lower than the minimum”. I have added money to my account through Flutterwave and i have also tried to send as BTC and still the same problem.. I tried sending to my account still the same problem. This isn’t right, you’re holding people’s money and stopping us from getting to our activities required with cryptocurrency or money withdrawal. This is definitely the worst of all.

  • Poor service

    Your app is really frustrating, I’ve used a lot of crypto wallets in the past and it’s so disappointing that with all the ads you put up everywhere your services are poor, late confirmation in transactions, slow replies to customers, I mean it’s disappointing, you have people’s money on your application you should know better how to respond to queries from time to time.
    I can’t make use of this and won’t advise anyone to try it as well

  • Withdrawal not showing in my bank account

    I have been using Luno for a while and enjoyed every bit of their services but to my surprise I transferred #10,000 from my Luno wallet to my GTBank account yesterday and didn’t receive the money yet. I called my bank this morning and no incoming or pending transaction in my account. I wrote to support as well and no reply yet. Why is this happening please, I need answer

  • Managable

    You guys are ok..good work here ..your app is very good but your customers service is very poor and your web services is very unreliable..I can’t even login to web...i keep verifying recaptcha forever ..please work on that

    And i think we should be able to do somethings like change of phone number on the apps we must not login to the web to do that because the web is so unreliable

  • Luno for newbies

    Being a newbie to bitcoin and I like Luno and its ease of use except I didn’t find it very easy to send bitcoin from GBP to Bitcoin and then onto its final bitcoin address may I suggest if a possible a follow by numbers if you like that new people like me would be able to follow easily it’s ok when you are experienced but a little confusing when completely new other than that I think Luno is the best and I highly recommend it and trust it

  • Withdrawal limit

    The monthly withdrawal limit is too small, and the idea of having to update the account with information to increase the limit doesn’t make much sense to me. Why not have every new registering members put in all requirements before using the app?. Not asking them for more after they are already in and making transactions. It takes time and delays activities. Currently now I’m being delayed because I have to upgrade the account with more information before the limit can be increased. This is crypto, the limit should be very high.
