Verification issue
The way you guys are handling your customers is uncalled for, why would you only give option to increase limit when one already has fund in the wallet? That alone makes you seems you are a scam, the option to increase limit suppose to be available even at the initial level of account opening. Now I have fund inside and I have submitted the necessary document for verification and you keep rejecting my documents. If you keep rejecting my document, I’m going to delete the app and convince others to do so too.Show lessdecoIKA
No one to speak to and transaction stuck in Pending mode
There is no one you can call or email nor even Speak to When you need help.
For example i have bought approximately £1K worth of Bitcoin. Now its sitting in pending mode for last few hrs!
There is no issue from my Bank the issue is with Luno.
Luno have no contact details so I don’t know if they have gone bust, is there a technical issue or is this another headachy they didnt tell me - that it takes a few days in pending mode?Show lessDanishmnd

I’ve had my luno account closed for literally no reason, sent btc from my own wallet to my luno wallet, they’ve closed and said they’re entitled to take a portion of my luno balance as well.
This company is becoming a scam I’ve had 5 other friends with the same happen, they just close your account tell you to look at Section 18 in the terms which mention nothing about your situation or why you’re accounts been closed.
I wouldn’t recommend this wallet they are another coinbase, close your account when they want with no reason available, and to top it off take your funds. In this pandemic it’s appalling so please be aware of these things when opening a luno account.Show lessK Sammut

LUNO is a wonderful App , It’s fast and reliable , my only problem with it boil down to the charges !!!
It’s too much . Please , I humbly beg you to look into the Charges placed per Transaction . Most of your customers I know directly no long make use of LUNO because of it high charges .

The App is okay but that’s only because I’ve not had chance to try the trading aspect of the app Deposited £1 to link my bank account it went it but still can’t link my bank. Then deposited £5 because it recommends you don’t deposit the same amount of money twice in 48hrs but one week later I’m still waiting for the £5 to show up in my account and I still can’t link my bankShow less125Sthdb"9-7;

The app is super beginner friendly and you can use them as the middle man in buying or selling.
And for those who want to trade it I’ve found they have a good setup for that too!
