  • Very accurate crypto service platform!!

    I was so Impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,650 USD worth of Bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 262,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly block for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I couldn’t afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scam Bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumble upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Cyberhacks51 (At) gmailcom, so I file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost within two weeks I feel indebted to him. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all in avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford it let go. So I tired all possible means to make sure I recover my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search of help, and tried to see if there were other people who had similar experience.   • Withdrawal

    Since three days my brother made a withdrawal of 836,364 thousand Naira from Luno and till now he hasn’t seen anything in his local bank account and he has talk to the help center but they all keep saying the same thing ask him to wait for a few minutes the money will be in his bank account, and they keep giving him a take ID number to give his bank in other to trace it and the bank said there is no money coming from the ID, This people are all scam both me and my brother with friends will keep posting this app as scam on all social media until the problem is solved.

  • My email have been removed from my account by your team

    I try to check my account yesterday and I found my account logout, after I try to login back saying my account doesn’t exist, and I try to check my email I don’t see any notification there until I check spam, I saw your message there, one month ago tell me to clear my account before closed please let me login back to my account and remove my btc I use god beg all of you, why am unable to login my account, please allowe to login, and remove my btc.

    I updated my phone and my apps on it I logged out of my account now after updating the app am trying to sign back in and it keeps loading and redirecting me back to checking if am not a robot I passed it several times and it still the same thing pls what do I do I need my account back pls help me get back into my account?

  • My account was closed and I’m unable to withdraw money

    Luno was good until recently that my account was closed and then I haven’t been able to withdraw my funds . I have been told that I should
    Clear my account before 30 days and I have not been able to do that because I can’t create a voucher to withdraw the rest of money in luno wallet account . This is a very terrible situation since I have funds in wallet to only survive and business deals . I can’t afford to lose all that money . please luno needs to find a way I can withdraw the rest of my funds into my account without any stress . I am pleading to the developer that they need to help me on this . When I click on create voucher it takes me back to the home page which is not always like that . An utmost response is really needed to solve this issue for me . Thanks

  • DON’T USE LUNO THEY WILL SWINDLE YOUR MONEY

    I withdrawal money from my local wallet into my bank account for over a week now the transaction was successful up to date I have gotten my money in my bank account. I contacted the customer service agent several times they keep telling me their payment team i reviewing the issue for days now I didn’t get a response from them. I have provided every necessary information including my up to date bank statement, they need to confirm that the transaction failed from their end. I advice don’t use Luno unless you want to loose your money

  • Poor customer service and terms of agreement

    Terms of agreement is very bad and doesn’t favor customers but show another example of Modern day slavery.
    Also customer service made me write this review they made me so mad I had to go through the agreement and then found out these people are doing all sorts of slavery on us beware this is just another greedy cooperation behind an app
    Customer service have no real answer just big English for only two things
    To thank you for a forced patience and then to apologize for delays or inconvenience
    This is the 13hr and still I’ve gotten no voucher my money gone Weldone team
    Please be aware Luno aren’t held responsible for transactions between you and it’s partner while obtaining a voucher anything that happens is your business not lunos

  • Scam!!

    Don’t download and deposit your money into this app, they do not allow withdrawal because the only option is through bank. Also, you need to verify through plaid which I did with multiple banks , none of them works. The supports give you a run around saying it was the bank institution then go on and ask you to verify so many stuff to proof to them you own the account. Also, if you purchase Bitcoin, they won’t allow to send with a hold of 13 days. Stay away from these guys if you want hassle free. I made a mistakes and only deposited $200, will file a dispute with my bank to get the money back, stay away!!!

    I probably use every crypto platform they got. This one Luna is by far my favorite. If you're reading this, trying to decide whether or not to go with it, do yourself a favor and use this app. Absolute perfection. A++++++++
