Amazing app for buying Bitcoin!
I absolutely love this app unlike most investment apps that make you wait 2-3 days before making your funds available, Luno makes it available right after the transaction. I do wish it offered more of a selection of cryptocurrencies other than just Bitcoin and Ethereum but I guess they’re the most stable crypto out there and with all the craziness going on around cryptocurrency right now it makes sense to offer just sure things.Show lessSkottrow

I made a deposit then when I tried to send my crypto, the app was not allowing me.
They banned my account without any given reason and my funds are stuck in the account and the support is very long to respond.
You should avoid this platform as it’s hard to be confident your crypto will be safe or if they lock your account for no apparent reason and throw away the key, then don’t show you how to return your own money.Show lessAks247123247.0

The location sharing is a big disaster in this app how can you introduce a location sharing that is preventing your users from accessing they account even do they register their account in acceptable location but because they change the location they account will not be accessible why not put it the way you can not buy coins in a location which is not acceptable instead of blocking your users entirely.Show lesschinedu4real
DO NOT USE LUNO
I haven’t had access to my account since February 2022. My understanding was locked, and I have yet to find out why. I’ve contacted customer service at least 100 times (through instant chat and direct message). Every time I chat with someone, they tell me that their specialized team will reach out to me within five days; however, it’s been more than five months, and I have yet to hear from anyone. When I send a direct message to customer service, the message appears in my inbox as if someone else sent it to me, but it’s my message. I have also messaged LUNO on Instagram and Twitter, and still, no one has fixed my problem. LUNO service is the worst I’ve experienced in my entire life. If you look at other reviews and messages on social media, I’m not the only person to have lost access to their money. LUNO needs to find a better way to communicate with customers to fix their issues. Most likely, an app developer will respond to this post with a link for me to message customer service, which I’ve done countless times. I need a solution to my problem. I have to give it to Luno Labs. They’ve done something amazing. Out of the dozens and dozens of crypto apps I’ve downloaded they’ve created one of the worst if not the worst.
First, when you deposit funds you have to wait 3 days to see it in the wallet. Then once you see it you have to wait 3 more days before you can buy bitcoin with it. THEN after you buy bitcoin you have to wait 15 DAYS with withdraw the coin lol. Absolutely nuts.
Go download Strike if you want to buy bitcoin. You can add money and buy bitcoin and transfer it 5 seconds after you deposit the money.Show lessSimpatiniZle
Terrible Application
Luno Labs suddenly closed my account without explanation. They have my money & won’t give me back to me for anything. They said they are investigating ‘everything’ & have been since March 14th, 2022. They basically stole my money & won’t give it back.
Update - They still haven’t reached out to me. They haven’t explained anything to me. I have sent numerous messages just to be told someone will contact me. NO ONE has contacted me. This App is very poor in customer service,I have my account blocked due to making out transactions directly from my luno account to my sisters local bank account.
The account was blocked and I was asked to provide my id and statement of account
After providing both.I was called to answer questions and after fully answering their questions
Could you believe that the same people I sent my statement of account to are still asking me to bring proof of payment.

Isn’t it foolish when I already sent a statement .
To further recognize that this app is foolish enough.

Location problems
This app is great but I’ve been having issues signing in to my account for the past 3days it keeps telling me something went wrong even after I changed my password and did everything they suggest i do with sharing location still cannot sign in, now I think i have to stop using this account because of the risk of loosing my funds to a useless appShow less808 ma5ia
Stop pasting from other apps
While I like the app, and enjoy it simplified user interface, could you please update the app to stop pasting from our clipboards. Whenever you copy something from one app, or even copy something on your computer, and then open the Luno app, you get a notification saying that Luno pasted from that app or computer. I do not want to share sensitive information from my clipboard with Luno. Please disable this functionality in your app.Show lessWizzle7
