terrible app
Been using for years and each time my credit card expires it asks for a new card and won’t let me enter the same number with a new expiration date. It says card is already on file. my work around was Apple pay which it stopped accepting today. i cannot enter a new card or update an existing one.Show lessanybody123345

Good reliable car service
I’ve never had an issue booking a car through American Blue. The service is good, the drivers are good and very reliable. The drivers are always on time and waiting for you when you arrive at the airport. I’ve had no issue storing payment information on the app. I’ve paid on the app including tips multiple times.Show lessTRide Runner

If zero stars was an option I would pick it. The app does not allow you to book a reservation. Needs to be scrapped and a new one creates.JBFone

Lots of bugs

Can't Enter CC info
If you want to use the app to pay, forget it, won't take your CC info? Good for booking the ride, looking at past orders and that's about it. To bad, it be nice to pay and leave a tip thru the app. One thing less to do at the airport.Progear1
Don't waive your rights
To use app, required to click an obnoxious waiver of all rights I have to sue if hurt bc of driver negligence. No way I'm doing that. You just lost a customer.Jump car addict
Very useable
The latest version of the app is pretty good. No obvious bugs. Allows you to provide flight info and track driver. Not much else to add. Not sure how secure it is so I don't add my credit card infotanner208
Works I guess, but really awful
For times when you can't use Uber (say from the airport or want a scheduled pickup) I use American Taxi. The app works (aside from far too frequent crashes) but it's really exceptionally ugly and a pain to use. Plus, the icon is the worst I have ever seen.
To improve the app:
1. New icon
2. Redo the interface
3. Add Apple PayShow lessx19
