Horrible App
This app is the absolute worst. I like American Blue, but the app is the worst I have ever used. It crashes constantly requiring me to re enter my user name and password. The information does not load smoothly. It is more work to use the app than to not use it.CWCush
Crashes or freezes
I've had to cancel my trip numerous times due to the app freezing when pulling up existing orders and checking ETA. In all occasions I had to arrange other transportation such as Uber. I hope this is corrected considering it's a good service when working.Enickla
