Life changing
I never thought of myself as a dating app user because i was never interested in using them and then i came across Jigsaw. The format of this app blew my mind, i have never heard of this concept before so when i gave it a shot, i was not expecting anything out of it. I gave it a few weeks and played around with it and then i met an amazing human being. You could say i got luckily with finding my person or “my match” but i ended up meeting my best friend, a lover, my husband. I’m really thankful Jigsaw exists because if it weren’t for this app, I most definitely would not be where i am today with who i have. I hope everyone gives Jigsaw a shot, you’ll never know if you don’t try.Show lessrh_j

For an app that is trying to advertise being different from other apps, it does get your attention with the single mixtures and being able to meet in person, but that’s a trap !!! beware. What they show in the photos is not what you get, it’s a ruse to get you to pay for the app so you can “check in” when you get to the “so call event” this is all fake you show up to a normal bar no one is checking you in, there is no host and people are not mixing and mingling it’s just people hanging with friends they came with! What an awful thing to do to people who pay for this stupid app then to be scammed and feel foolish, wasting there time to show up and meet people, it’s one thing to just randomly scroll and meet people online but there are people who are making an effort to go out just to be scammed. All those who rate 5 star comments are also bots! I am a YouTuber and a blogger and I will be putting your app on blast, I have saved all the emails and messages asking for my refund with no response and charges made.Show lesslana khan

Really simple experience. I saw an ad (that of course didn’t disclose that you have to pay for it), I downloaded, wasted time entering my info, saw you had to pay, deleted.👏🏽 Apps don’t have to charge to be different, it’s an excuse. Hopefully this saves everyone some time.
Update: I see they just tell everyone who tries to tell them it’s ridiculous that “Jigsaw just isn’t a good fit”. People who are struggling financially or not as well of deserve to be able to use a serious dating app too. It’s extremely disgusting and shows what kind of morals the company has to respond with “You are poor it isn’t for you”. DO BETTER🤢Show lessthemagreview

This app is a great app to use if you are wanting to meet someone for who they are and not looks! Met my handsome boyfriend through this app been together for a whole year and 3 months. We live together , have a two beautiful dogs and despite of our bumpy road we couldn’t do life without one another .! Especially for the price this app proves to be a complete waste of time and money. It markets itself as a fresh alternative to the other available apps but doesn’t come close to meeting the basic usability or quality of those on the market. To add insult to injury the app is designed in way to not allow users to delete the app without selecting a false reason for doing so. In my case the reason for deleting is the lack of transparency and app performance, but in attempting to select “the app is not working for me” as the reason, my account would not delete. To start off, yes you will need to pay! With that being said you don’t have to automatically sign up for a month subscription but you can always try the week subscription. The app is still growing but the individuals I have been able to connect with are very different than those on other apps. It’s not about the quantity but rather the quality. I’m also not a fan of having to create a full bio about myself but with this app they provide ice breaker questions you can answer. Your potential match will see your answers and can match with you by responding to it. I find this as a fun, more interactive way to get the conversation started!Show lesscry_baby95
Bait and switch
This app makes it seem like it’s free like tinder, but then it won’t let you match see or do anything past the sign-up page unless you give them money. Overall, this is a app with a good concept just extremely poor execution to the fact that there’s not going to be any active members because you sign up and then have to immediately pay after making an account. This will artificially inflate the amount of users that it shows because you’ve already created an account, but just can’t do anything past that point. Apps like the should be vetted better by Apple so that scammy apps like this can be filtered out. Overall extremely disappointed in the app developers choice on this. So I actually really enjoy the app, but I’m experiencing a bug that’s causing me to be unable to access anything on the app other than the page to send matches. I tried deleting and redownloading the app and when I did this it kept me logged in when I reinstalled, but it’s telling me to join now and won’t give me any options to navigate to other areas it just pulls up the jigsaw premium page(which I can’t afford). This is the second bug I experienced the first was that I couldn’t access the messaging, but that was fixed almost immediately. However, I can’t even access the section to report a bug and get it fixed. Any help would be awesome thank you! If I have to pay to view my messages on this app I will be leaving. Loved the initial concept but making it to where we must pay to do anything is ridiculous ESPECIALLY SINCE YESTERDAY I COULD ACCESS LITERALLY EVERY PART OF MY ACCOUNT. IF YOURE GOING TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU SHOULD SEND OUT AN UPDATED TERMS OF SERVICE. I didn’t agree to pay for play. I was trying to use this app based on the reviews from the App Store but when I went to download it and made my account, it shows me that I have to pay and every time I close out to go back in it shows me the same message that I have to pay in order to use the app. what is the point of saying that some of the features are free when you literally cannot use any aspect of the app because the pay pop-up doesn’t even have an x to close it? This app is unusable unless you pay and why am I going to pay for something I can’t even experience. Like you can’t even see what the Home Screen looks like without the pay popup first. Joined while in Houston and attended one of the mixers which was really fun. Seemed like quality guys were in the app and didn’t feel like 5 dollars a week was a lot for the joint value with everything being offered. Like the two piece per convo face reveal option cause I can be a bit impatient. Highly recommend giving it a try.Show lesstainicole24
