As I said in the title: it’s really telling when companies turn comments off on ads. There’s a reason this app is failing.
First: online dating is an online version of “I saw you across the room and wanted to talk to you”
Yea there’s more to people than that but the simple reality is that if you’re not attracted to someone at all whatsoever, a convo isn’t going to change that. My guess is this was either developed by incels thinking they have a better shot with women if their appearance isn’t shown(newsflash, it’s not your appearance) or haes femcels who balk at the fact that someone may just not want to sleep with people who look like them.
Also the app is cluttered with paywalls and once they have your info good luck deleting.

Ideas cool but do not create profile if u don’t plan on spending money for subscription
Once I created account had a brief experience with the app there is now a pay wall in front of everything . I can no longer access my account to delete it!!!! So basically u have my personal information hostage, u should be able to delete my account if I don’t wanna pay for the service!!!!!
Also if u let me swipe left and right but now I have to pay for the service what happens if another user sees my account? If they try to like the account that had not payed yet it’s now a stagnant like that user with non payed account will never see.
There needs to be a feature that allows u to delete account with paying for it!!!Show lessj,bkjlkn.

I let the team know an issue I was having with my app and they were so sweet and generous and offered me a week of jigsaw+ I think this app is by far my favorite “meet people” sort of app. I love the concept of not knowing what someone looks like until you get to know them at least a little bit the only thing I really don’t like is that after a while people expire and you need the jigsaw+ for “forgiveness” and that really is frustrating because people have lives and they get busy and sometimes we don’t have time to check the app to see if we have a message let alone respond I feel like that feature is pointless and can ruin a lot of potential relationships. But other than that the app is FANTASTIC. I had to redo my previous review because the problem was solved lol
Oh another thing I would like to suggest is making a go back button because I’m constantly hitting the pass button on accident while trying to read the profiles.Show lessRissacat2000

When doing it quickly the app seemed to struggle and crash at times. I’m not sure if it’s an optimization that needs to be made to the app, or better support for iOS 16 Developer Beta. Still a decent app I understand it’s early access and new so bugs are to be expected.FlossyBadge

Jigsaw really helps us look past someone’s looks on the first encounter. We are more than our physical aspects so this is a wonderful app to get to know people on a deeper level! The whole idea is that you get to uncover a person and solve their “puzzle” as you get to know them. My husband and I met about 9 days after we started talking on this app. We met in a cute small town downtown for dinner, drinks, and dancing. We clicked so quickly and stayed out as long as possible before heading home our separate ways… and then continuing to text all night. We’ve been inseparable since.
And it started here. Being able to focus on who he is and not nitpicking arbitrary things allowed us to be so open with each other. And we didn’t have to spend the first 10 messages talking about physical features and things in each other’s pictures. We were able to jump right in to who we were and actually find out that we connected on so many levels.

I hate this app worst one out there. I thought it would be fun not seeing faces and meeting up with singles. One all the guys just ask for pics right away since obviously our face is cut out that is exhausting in itself. Second most just want sex and they are looking for serious relationships. The events for single to meet up no where you can find them I get emails for events happening everywhere except Dallas. I’m sure I can’t get my money back so a waste of time and money. Good concept. Was hoping to get back to getting to know people rather than fall to the swipe culture all the other apps fell to. There’s a decent amount of people in my area so it seemed hopeful. I’ve received multiple admires and messages but I can’t access them. I get the notifications but the app shows no signs of it. I feel like I’m missing connections because of a bug in the app. Also, I have pets and I don’t want kids, yet I get shown profiles of people who don’t want pets and either have or want kids. There’s no way to apply filters on these or other attributes. At one point I had an admirer but I was not in an immediate position to respond. When I came back later, this page was blank. I don't understand why this app punishes you for not talking 24/7 to your match, especially when you can't even see their face yet. I hadn't checked my app in a few days and noticed that one of my matches had expired. Now Jigsaw wants me to pay for a subscription in order to recover the match. The paid version offers a feature that says "Give them a second chance" as if you didn't work out, which isn't true at all. We had an ongoing conversation and it was moving forward fairly well. We just both have lives outside of the internet.
I enjoyed the concept of the app overall but being unmatched truly drove me away. With this being a newer app, Jigsaw should not be blocking you from people in such a short amount of time. This will just drive users away, IMO. I understand if the app unmatches you when there is no communication at all after matching, but if you have an ongoing conversation, it doesn't make sense that your conversation went "downhill" and you should be blocked forever from them.Show lessUgly Mushroom
