The app is such a great tool! Easy to use and the convenience of checking my account at the touch of my fingertip is a GAME CHANGER! When I do go inside the bank or thru the drive thru, the tellers & bankers are genuinely glad to help you and answer questions, good conversation even for a short time. Even over the phone, great customer service is consistent. After experiencing other banks in the past, I will NEVER leave Metro.
