    This new app is amazing! It makes mobile banking fast, convenient, and easy to use.
  • Use it all the time

    I would give it 5 stars but I wish you could do more things with bill pay like you can if you were to log in to the website. Example would be change amounts being paid, due dates, automatic transfers and so on. I love bill pay and so worth it every month. For the most part I can set it and forget it but occasionally I have to go in and adjust the amounts being dispersed and I wish I could do it from the app. I also wish it didn’t automatically log you out right away if you are trying to balance and using the screen but not touching it and the phone locks and it automatically logs you out. Or if you have to switch apps quick, like to use the calculator, it automatically logs you out. It’s a nice feature, don’t get me wrong, but I wish it would go off minutes of inactivity instead of needing to use another app in the middle. Such a pain having to log back in and find where you were and if you are like me and easily forget sometimes what you were doing. Otherwise, I can do almost anything from the app I need to. Like I said, I just wish you could do a little more especially on the bill payer side of it.

  • Too simple

    The simplicity of it just blows my mind! No confusion at all no back and forth trying to figure it out! Everything can be done and posted right away from transferring funds to snapping a pic of your check to deposit!
  • Great app

    We’ve always been happy banking with Metro and we were sad to think about finding a new credit union when we moved out of state. However, Metro’s app is so convenient and their check deposit feature works flawlessly, so we plan on continuing with metro and doing our banking from afar!
  • Great app, with limitations

    I use this app all the time, to check payment amounts, balances, to pay bills (so convenient!) and to make deposits (love this too).

    It is surprising that I cannot search payments in my checking account by vendor or by amount. I would think this would be a reasonable feature to include.
  • Very convenient!

    This mobile app has come a long way over the years. I love all the options and it’s simplicity. The only problem I have with it is that there never seems to be any money in my account. Could just be a personal problem though. 5 stars!
  • Great for non techies

    There used to be a phrase "so easy your child can do it". Well any 18-month-old can use an app on a smart phone but it's kind of a struggle for the 55+ group that is not particularly interested in smart phone technology. This app is straightforward, easily understood and easily used. I have not had to call a single fifth grader to help me. I'll continue to do the majority of my banking at a physical location but it's great to know that if I need remote access It's readily available.

  • Metro credit union ap

    Very convenient, love the fact you get to use finger print as password. Very user friendly, can pay bills and transfer funds to others within the credit union. I use the app constantly and I never have complaints. It's amazing!
