Solid and reliable but...
Been using Unibox for years, simple and nicely formatted both on the desktop and iPhone. Easy to see emails grouped by client/person, with attachments easy to see. It’s beauty is it’s simplicity.
Best way to email
I don’t think I can ever go back to an email client that does not group messages by sender. Unibox is absolutely the best way to email. I typically want to take the same action per sender, so I save a ton of time with Unibox.
1 less star because I wish it had an iOS 13 dark theme and was able to set it as the Default Email app (iOS 14).

Innovative and Sleek
The contact-centered Ui is surprisingly helpful, and subtly forces a different workflow that is amazingly helpful in getting through the daily email chores, and keeping in focus. The interface is intuitive, sleek, and full of little refinements that you grow to appreciate the more you use it.
There are a few features I’d like to see implemented - such as a widget for my Home Screen in iOS 14, more fine-grained notification settings (perhaps per contact), and being able to sign and encrypt messages with email certificates. But these are improvements to look forward to, rather than deal-breakers in what is already an excellent, sophisticated app.

Good product (when it works) - zero support
No support link, user group link or response from the developers if you email.
Website is a study in how to sell but not help
If you don’t need support or are not using it for anything serious then buy, otherwise wait until they are serious about providing real support for your communications.
Given other comments here I would be surprised to get a response here inside of a year.

My Favourite Email App
The people-centric approach is unmistakably the best approach out there. Thank you for doing such a great job of it!
Great concept but needs better execution.
Despite having the full version of the app, the basic functionalities are severely lacking (the ability to not crash). I had to reinstall the app several times (which annoyingly deletes all your associated accounts). The app is great and intuitive, as in the concept of it. Needs better execution.
What a disappointment
Loved this app when I first got it but since last upgrade very patchy performance
In particular very slow in Sync with mail on iOS and sometimes not for days! Please do something otherwise I will have to delete !!
It’s even worse now last sync 10th March is it in Coronavirus lock down!!
App now off loaded and in quarantine!!

Intuitive & easy to use
Makes so much sense to group emails by person. I’ve managed to clean out large volumes of unwanted emails in minutes. Some nice touches to speed up productivity. I rarely write reviews, but this deserves the time to do so.
Good idea but flawed execution
The idea behind this app is great but I find that it takes a long time to load up messages from my accounts, which defeats the purpose of having an app that is supposed to save you time.
Sorely needs updating for iOS and iPadOS
Looks like this app hasn’t been updated in over a year.
As a result, many of the new iOS 13 things are missing: prebuilt shortcuts for one. Other things like authorization errors and other niggling issues make we want to throw the app away, but the organize by sender feature, is legitimate a game changer.
Just wish this app was given some attention to bring it in line with the latest operating systems and devices in the Apple mobile device ecosystem.
