Not opening

Every time I click on the app, it opens up the Clean Day screen and then immediately closes the app and enter back into my home screen. It doesn’t tell me that I need an update. It doesn’t tell me that I need anything. In fact it’s just not opening the app and I no longer have access to the date I got clean except for on my home calendar

Terrible

I can not see any other information about health or anything. It is only the counter. I paid for a year and I want a refund. Don’t waste your money.

Oh no!

I was LOVING this app until recently (could be linked to the update) when all my data has disappeared. So I don't know how long I have been clean for now 😞. Can anyone help?

PLEASE UPDATE THE CRASHING PROBLEM

I’ve used this app to help with my sobriety for years and it’s been really helpful for me. Whenever I would struggle with relapsing, I would open the app and look at how long it’s been and it would help calm me down and move past that emotional episode. But within the past few months, there been a bug that makes the app crash everytime you try to open it. I have seen a couple other reviews mention it and the developer hasn’t been helpful. I also sent out an email and received no response. PLEASE fix the bug soon because I rely partially on this tracker to help me. It’s harder to stay sober when I can’t access my date of sobriety in this app

The best free clean tracker app

Update** with the newer update all of the issues have gone away and it seems to be a better version of the previous one. I am so relieved! I loved this app and will continue to use it. I am so glad they corrected the issues people were having. I love that I can see the different versions of the sober date; seconds, days, months, etc. and the quotes are always really inspiring and not cheesy. It’s awesome, thank you thank you thank you!

You can only look at the app for 10 seconds before they automatically start more ads. It’s so disappointing, I honestly wouldn’t advise anyone with any addiction to use this. They just want money now, not to help anyone. Such a shame, it was perfect how it was but now nobody would ever use this. If you don’t believe me - download it and try it, you’ll quickly be inclined to uninstall.

Riddled with full length Commercials

Before checking my day count I was forced to watch a full page bootleg candy crush-like video game commercial that lasted over a minute. Afterwards the amount of equally tacky pop ups were relentless.
There is something so trashy about this amount of adds in a sober app. Adding Monetization on this level out of nowhere is what we call a Bait-and-Switch.
It’s grimy.
Note to Director:
Morning Mr Voicehovics love your take on the iconic portrait of Steve Jobs. Finding a way to shoehorn your watch into the portrait really elevates the image and make you look more successful. And congrats on your sobriety!

Love the Simplicity

Thank you developers for taking my review regarding the ads and updating the app. I love the simple counter with the all the quotes. It’s my favorite tracking app! I screenshot all the milestone days and look back at them. I never left and now I love it even more. Thank you.
