Convenient but nickel and dimes the user
Yes it’s convenient, especially the stop parking feature. But it app “steals” from you bits by bits, for example: buying 10 mins, it starts timing before the confirmation, i.e. you actually only get 9 & half mins or less. And when you stop parking, even there are still 2 mins or so left, it still charges the full amount. And you never get to see the rate breakdown and it seems that different spaces have different rates but there are no disclosures on that.

app does not notify you when your parking is about to expire. Such a simple feature that would make the app so much more useful.

Every time I use it, it seems to deduct 15 seconds or more. If I buy one hour the timer then starts at 59 minutes 45 seconds. Why is that?

Who carries coins anymore?! Parking spaces can be paid for and refilled from your phone and the app has never been down, to my knowledge. Well done!

No elapsed time or countdown timer, can’t even see what time it started or when the parking ends. Not a good parking app. Victoria, please just use the Honk app, it’s perfect
