Il est surprenant particulièrement pour la natation où il remarque le changement de style en cours d’exercice et calcule le nombre de longueurs après que l’on ait indiqué la dimension de la piscine. Je remarque que les pulsations cardiaques s’emballent au départ d’un exercice mais c’est probablement dû à l’Apple Watch. À part ça synchronisation semble bien se passer entre la montre et l’utilitaire. Le programme de motivation n’est pas trop intrusif, juste à point. Il offre plusieurs sortes d’exercices à pratiquer et permet d’en créer d’autres. Il est en français! 5 étoiles!

Pretty much the guts of a certain high end app that's like 7 times the price. And it's import/exportable with Apple apps and others. Good value for all that's included and it keeps improving
