  • Convenient app and extremely helpful

    As I age, I sometimes find that remembering hunting dates for specific species more difficult to remember. This is especially true for doe and turkey harvest seasons.

    The app is so helpful in having the rules, regulations, feeding times, sunrise/sunset, marine data, and so many other features. The software has continuously been updated since its inception. I love it.

    One improvement that I would find helpful would be to add the day of the week to the feeding times. I have always used those for hunting and fishing. The data is extremely useful and accurate in my decades of experience.

    Thank you for your continued commitment to this app and continued improvements based on feedback.

  • Not able to purchase license on app

    As of OCT 2023, not able to purchase hunting license through the app. When I click the “Add Another License” button, it asks for my last name, last four, etc. I enter all of that and it re-routes me back to previous page with the “Add Another License” button again…

    This is a major bug that needs to be fixed.

However, if you would like to go to your nearest Tax Collector's office, they can verify your residency and update you in our system. They are also able to sell you a resident license.   • Great app, add digital pass option!

    This is a great app that has been super useful to me, the only thing I could recommend is a digital wallet feature! It would be much easier to pull up your pass and have easy access to it! Overall a great app, very happy with it
  • Need to support older IPhones

    I tried to contact App support through this page and it did not work. App developers need to test app before updating. I tried to renew my license on my IPhone 6.0 and couldn’t because it requires IOS 13.0. Apple doesn’t allow many older IPhones to update to the latest IOS. If you want people to use an App for fishing and hunting licenses and then show them to law enforcement when asked, you must support older phones. I have bought the plastic license card because the State of Florida has people that are not doing their jobs to the best of their ability.

  • Great app

    I use the feeding time tool every time I go out fishing. It does seem to have pretty good accuracy on when the fish are feeding. I don’t quite understand what the stars are for, maybe perhaps the quality of the fishing day? But I really do enjoy using this app.

  • Can’t Sync quota hunts

    The app will display my license, but won’t sync my quota hunts. This used to work and is very useful when being checked by FWC officers. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times. Can we get this fixed?

  • Sunrise / Sunset times

    Sunrise / Sunset times off by one hour. Instead of using your current location, you have to input your location every time the sunrise / sunset tab is opened, even if you leave it to go to feeding times, for example, and immediately come back to it. It would be nice if the user’s current location is used as the default, and if you wanted times for a different location then change it.

  • Doesn’t work anymore

    Ever since the last update the app is broken. What’s the point of an app to view your license when you can’t view it. My wife can’t view her license on her phone either. Why pay a convenience fee when there isn’t any convenience. Going back to buying from Walmart instead of a broken app.

  • Cant select any of the limited entry permits

    App has lots of great and easy features but I’m trying to apply for an alligator tag and it won’t let me scroll down past the Falcon tag on the app or website. Might work on computer but pretty inconvenient when trying to get it done quickly on the mobile app.
