Great basic app, but needs one big change
I've been using the app for about a month now and have only one complaint. When you are viewing the summary of your account balances, the "Current" balance is in large green letters that jump out at you. Unfortunately, your more accurate "Available" balance is smaller just below it. It's very misleading and on more than one occasion I have glanced at the app and looked at the wrong balance. Please update so the AVAILABLE balance is the large, prominent one!Show lessretrokick
Mobile deposit is trash
If I have to spend another 20 minutes finding "better lighting" for my mobile deposit pictures, I swear to god I will switch banks. I am literally standing in my basement stairway with the lights off and it is still too light. Absolute trash.Ceej10
Great, needs a few critical features
I was having the same problem as everyone else, but it finally appears to have installed correctly after about a week since this release appeared.
Overall: Great app, useful features (easy check deposit, balance at a glance, account history, Touch ID integration, rewards selection, speed, easy navigation).
However, I find that it cannot replace the web version of online banking completely yet because of a few missing features that are critical to me:
- ability to specify memo line for checks written in bill pay (critical for record keeping)
- ability to search transactions (instead of simply scrolling through in chronological order) to enable finding something specific quickly
Please keep improving and make adding these features a priority.Show lessmattkal7
