Account conflicts
This app is so infuriating, I have an account via Google and instead of logging me into the account I use for my training. it logs me into an account I use for work, it just logs you straight in when you click google instead of allowing you to choose the login. I cannot even delete the account it’s logging me into. This app is complete garbage. Fix it!!!

A cheaply made app with a bad UX
This app is awful. Not a single part of the user experience is streamline or easy to use. It’s embarrassing that a business that is so expensive offers such a bad app. I feel bad for the franchise owners who have little say in the building and improving of these products. You also need about 5 different apps if you want to participate is challenges and track your progress in workouts like Benchmark.

App is very clunky and usability is subpar
Love f45 and their classes. The staff is amazing. Given the size of the company, the app is very non-user friendly.
Things to improve upon:
1. Scheduling multiple classes at one time is not possible although, there is an option to “book multiple”
2. The app loads very, very slow when trying to see the next day to book a class, let alone for the next several days or a week out
3. There were issues with booking more then one class where error messages were being displayed that enough “passes” were not purchased when one had an unlimited membership
4. The user interface depicting upcoming and previous classes does not appear to be easily displayed or understood.

App crash
App crash when I click schedule from profile. Try to debug with low internet connection
The worst of the worst
This app crashes harder than F45s stock price and just like FXLV’s imminent delisting from the NYSE, it should be banned from the App Store. It’s the most useless, poorly functioning, trash spam app on my phone. When I quit F45, it will be because of this app. Every product manager that works on supporting this digital joke should be fired.

Basically useless
Always says “an unknown error occurred” when trying to log into the app. The same credentials work on the F45 web login.
App crashes 95% of the time
Almost every time I try to use this app it crashes and gives me an error. I can only sign up through the web so there’s no point in having this app on my phone anymore.
Confusing
There are too many f45 apps- every studio should just one and you should be able to switch between studios on one app.
