Can’t even login
Bought my heart rate monitor and got everything ready to go, app won’t let me even log in. Reset my password in mind body. Still nothing.

When I started this f45They told me that they would get this app up and running on my phone the girl seemed very busy and didn’t have time to get it set up she said just fiddle around with it but it never worked
F45, Please Invest In Your Tech
It is unfathomable that a company with such an amazing product and business has such complete garbage tech. This app barely functions, if you can even get it to load at all. Features are constantly broken or have never worked and navigation is abysmal. For what we pay in memberships, and for a publicly traded, international company, this is unacceptable. Not to mention the jumble of disparate F45 apps is so confusing - F45 Life, Glofox, MindBody, F45 Challenge - none of them work, and they all conflict with each other. You guys are missing such a massive opportunity to have a best-in-class app that gives users rich metrics on performance (Lion Heart), progress, workout history, challenge/nutrition info, and integrations into third party apps for deeper fitness tracking. It’s so obvious, the only reasonable explanation is carelessness. I have been hearing about a new all-in-one app in development for over a year, but this experience gives me little to no hope that it will be any better or isn’t just vaporware. I’m a diehard member, and I just expect better.

App is not stable
This app has been so unstable for such a long time. It opens but crashes straight away or doesn’t move from the opening screen. It’s been like this for at least 6 months. Come on F45, we pay huge membership fees. This is part of our membership experience and it’s rubbish. Spend some money on app development!!

The worst
This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use on a regular basis. Out of nowhere it just stops working and I have to delete and redownload. You’d think someone would do something about such an important aspect to a businesses procedure. F45 needs to figure something else out. What a joke.
Terrible design
I am so surprised that F45 had such a terrible app. It is slow to make bookings and after each booking you have to scroll down to make another booking. Not designed well. Get another app provider
Suddenly stopped working on iOS upgrade
App was going ok but now completely not loading on mobile data ( all my other apps are) unless I keep removing it and then turn on WiFi. Started happening when I upgraded to new iOS.. any fix please
I can’t open the app anymore
For what I pay to workout at this gym. The fact that I can’t open this app anymore to hook classes is beyond frustrating! It’s not like I have other options. I don’t even know what to do to fix this issue.

A good app - that is when it’s working. It is barely ever working, doesn’t load or anything! simply just stays on the page that shows the F45 logo. It’s quite annoying really and I can’t even book my classes.
