  • Potential but not quite there

    I love the user interface, and since I was looking for an app to keep me walking daily with a little dopamine boost each day for completing my workout, this definitely did a good job hitting that need. I like the ability to add a selfie to each workout, and the ability to pause and lock a workout while walking.

    My biggest “not quite there” remarks …. 1) I can’t swipe between workout sessions without it restarting. I have adhd, and I like to see how much more I have left in a workout, but when I swipe through the steps it makes me restart the workout. 2) I wish there were a “treadmill” function. It’s disheartening to see “0.1 miles walked” after a 30 minute session since I walked on the treadmill 3) I accidentally “completed” day 1 workout and there wasn’t a way to delete that workout and restart day 1. So, I did day 2, but it said I was off track and doing the wrong workout. Either the delete needs to be added or more intuitive.

    For someone who needs the oomph of a daily checkmark to complete my steps, I really like this app compared to others I’ve tried … it’s ALMOST there! Also, to note, I only care about the walking plan (not the diet plan or anything).

  • Stopped working

    Subscribed to the app, and it worked well for four weeks and only shows the previous walks. Doesn’t allow to record new walks. I really enjoyed walking with the app. It really helps keep you on track and losing weight. The main problem with the app is branding. When it stopped working I wanted to google the app to see if someone was going through the same, but I didn’t remember the name of the app except for Walking. Nowhere it says the name of the app or company. Had to find it online somehow but it should be at the top or bottom of the app. Then it’s the problems with instructions. Here I am, not able to use my subscription, and nowhere in the app it says anything about how to use it. When you first install it fine, but when it stopped, it stopped. My guess is that this is as simple as clicking something, but it doesn’t say anywhere, in the app or the whole internet. If there is, please send me the info. Again, I enjoyed it but the lack of info or branding makes it look like some Chinese fly-by-night that will disappear even before the subscription is over.

  • BEWARE - NOT WORTH $1

    I followed the adds like everyone else and paid for the 3 months, only to discover that this app is NOT compatible with my Apple Watch and will only track my movement through my phone (which 1. I do not always carry with me and 2. that system does not track steps correctly anyways). I reached out to tech support, who gave me some vague and ultimately unsuccessful steps to try. I gave them this feedback and their response, was oh shoot - sorry about that. Absolutely wild. A scam of an app that cannot sync with the most basic of systems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  • Don’t buy

    With all the different tracking software out there when you buy this app you have to give it access to your data. The app can’t sync with your Fitbit and requires you to walk around with your phone to track your steps. In this day and age with three kids under three carrying my cellphone in my hand is impossible. I bought an app that has no viable usage for me or for anyone else that has an active household with kids. If I hear from the company I’ll update my review.

  • A little misleading

    I selected this app’s link in Facebook to learn more about it. I went through a questionnaire which asked me for my height, weight, etc. It repeatedly said that I would receive a personalized plan based on my answers. When asked how much time per day I wanted to walk, I selected the answer that was something like 5-10 minutes. Before I could receive my personalized plan, I had to pay. I even went with the upsell of the premium plan, which was to include two guidebooks.

    Although I had indicated 5-10 minutes a day for the length of my walks, the plan showed over 30 minutes a day! The end of the questionnaire said I would receive my plan by email. I never received it. I was only able to see it in the app. I also never received the guidebooks.

    Update: I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 3, because their customer service responded to my complaint quickly and refunded my money.

  • Sync across devices

    I have 2 phones for separate countries which I frequently travel to and I have downloaded the app on both phones. Can I sync my activities across the devices?

    Unfortunately, no. Many users have requested not to sync due to different devices being used by different family members. However, making this an optional feature is an interesting idea we’ll consider. Thanks!
  • Just do not

    Look. I am obese and just had a baby, and I can’t even break a sweat with this thing. Basically walking ten minutes a day and then I walk another twenty minutes to an hour that the app doesn’t track because so actually need a little exercise. Doesn’t appear to be any sign of adjusting to my feedback. It asks if the workout was too hard or too easy. It is always too easy. And then it is too easy again and forever. I need my money back and to verify that I did not mistakingly sign up for a recurring payment plan. That would be an extreme waste of money.

Moreover, there is a special option to track your walking when the training is finished. Please tap More - Settings - Keep tracking when workout is finished - On. Please, keep in mind that you can also choose a Free Walk option: the app will track the distance, pace and calories based on your personal workout duration: More - Free Walk.   • Latest update

    I love this app and see great results with these workouts. I used to be a runner but, due to an accident that left me with an injured ankle, I am doing walks. This apps have helped me to build up my strength and I have started to jog on my “speedups” which is so exiting for me! What saddens me is that the latest update does not let me skip the workout of the day or go back to a previous one. That feature is important to me since I also adjust the intensity of my cardio depending on my weights routine. Been able to go back or skip a workout helps me to combine the walking routines with my weight workouts and give my ankle a easier workout when needed. Please fix it! 🙏🙏🙏

  • Beware of Fraud/Theft

  • Be wary of this app

    Even if you cancel your subscription, they still charge you and will not refund the charges unless it was processed more than 14 days ago. I didn’t realize I was being charged until the 3rd time around because they charge you every 3 months. It’s worth mentioning that the app wasn’t worth paying a subscription for, which is why I initially canceled. I thought it was too expensive for very little guidance. I guess the only way they can make money is by stealing it and using their own policy to justify why they can’t refund it. Stay away!
