App needs serious work
App consistently crashes, changes times without warning, and won’t provide pricing. Says international airports are closed during the middle of the day. App is not debugged and ready to provide premium services.

SMS code Verification Not working
Cant create an account as SMS code never gets sent. There’s not other way to get verified.
Impossible to find a flight…
Perhaps I am doing something incorrect but I have tried searching for flights on five separate occasions and always nothing availing after repeatedly messing with search parameters.
Never a good and easy experience
I have used wheels up 10 times and every time there is an issue. No wifi on planes, long delays, inability to land at correct airfield. Why fly private it’s a total hassle.
Regional at best.
They have a VERY limited selection of places where they offer charters.
Doesn’t have Edmonton as an airport
Doesn’t have my city listed as an airport it flies to.
SMS code malfunction
The app won’t let me finish setting up with out the sms code but it won’t send me the code. They doing offer email verification codes only sms
Functionality
The app won’t let you see flights without signing up for an account. I don’t usually have an issue with this but there’s no way to sign up for an account. When you get to the part where you provide your phone number for a code it just gives an error message. Tried signing up on multiple devices and received the same error each time. Oh well :/
