Perfect banking experience
I installed the app to migrate from my horrible French bank to a modern, fast and bureaucracy-free experience. Overall, I am extremely happy with the app after using it for one month. Spaces is a great new feature that helps you save money without any hassle. I admit I had issues creating the account since their algorithm is not yet sophisticated enough to process documents seamlessly. I managed to activate the app from the third attempt after contacting support chat, but that was the only bottleneck. Highly recommend if you are tired of “old” banking!

As an immigrant moving to Germany, I was shocked to discover that what I believed to be one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world still had the same banking system that Noah used. Thank god for N26, the ark of the banking system. When the flood comes the others won’t be ready, but N26 will. Real time transaction processing (who knew?!) the ability to restrict your card in a flash using your phone, and what you can deposit cash to your account in Rewe? It’s doc urging edge even the checkout operators don’t believe it’s true half the time (scan the barcode on your app instead of your right after your payback card and watch them go into a tizz! It’s the small things in life. If nothing else support the bank who supports creatives (I don’t think it’s a maths graduate writing the copy for their app updated. I only have one gripe with this bank, and I’m sure they are sick to death of hearing it from me. As the squeaky wheel he’s the grease, I will persist. I thought the new metal card, as elite as it is, might address my concern but alas it was not to be. I will remain hopeful though, the super new moon was a good omen after all. N26, when will you give us a way to deposit our cash for free?!

Could not be simpler
Love the app, love the cards, love the ease of use and being able to use any ATM. Love the debit card and maestro card, love being able to get money without a card if necessary. Very responsive customer service. Have recommended to two friends who now use it. Truly innovative in a fairly stale banking market.
