  • No more long waiting

    Before Squire I used to spend hours at the barber shop as a walk in waiting for a haircut. This app makes things so much easier. Book your spot and you’re in and out. Love it
  • Constantly fails "Processing"

    This app CONSTANTLY fails to process payments. It will book the appointment through the app, I get email confirmation from the barber that they have received the appointment, but the payment never finishes the "Processing" part of the transaction... which now that I think of it is actually great because it books the appointment for me and I don't have to pay Squire's fees! So it fails in the customer's favor! Hahaha. I get to the barber and just pay them! No middle man/service needed lol
  • Barber appointment app

    Really easy to use. I’ve had no issues using the app. Wish it was free because there’s a charge attached when booking your appointment. There's no way to decline this charge which makes no sense to me why a charge is being assessed.
  • I paid to cut my hair, the hairdresser did not appear and the app does not accept I cancel.

    Stressful, I paid and marked the time, the hairdresser did not come, I lost 20 minutes driving another 20 minutes to go home and the hairdresser did not come. The app does not agree to cancel, I lost time driving and waiting. stressful.

    You should correct the client application to be able to complain and record the occurrence, as well as cancel.
  • Great Appointment App!

    It’s the best application for me to see my barber’s availability on selected days, see other barbers days and times if my barber isn’t available, select the type of haircut I want, customize the tip, and most importantly it’s a cashless transaction!

    It’s safer for the shop because the barbers have little to no cash in hand on the property, they know exactly how to manage their day, and it guarantees that they don’t mistakenly “double book” or forget to block out my time!
  • Charged way before service begins

    This app has a feature where you can have a card on file to pay for the appointment through the app. Which is fine. But it will bill your card for the appointment 1-2 hours before the appointment.

    This isn’t an issue with my current barber because I know and trust him. But what if I try a new place and something happens? What if they cancel my appointment but forget to update the app and it charges my card? I just *really* don’t like being charged for a service that hasn’t even been rendered yet.
  • Charges in advance for tips, if barber decides to make you wait, you wait

    App is ok, but there are a few elements that are critically flawed. One of them is that it requires you to tip in advance, another is that there is no recouse if the barber is late to the point that you need to leeave. Barber kept me waiting for 22 minutes, I couldn't wait any longer because I had a call scheduled for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment back in my office.
  • Convenience fee

    Everything was good till I was about to check out and noticed a 3.00 Convenience fee through the app. I’ll just stick to booking online without the added fee and yes it makes a difference when you are already paying a bunch of money for the services.
  • Never been easier to get cut!

    One stop shop for booking and paying for a haircut.
    Never had any issues!
    Perfectly integrates with iPhone allowing you to use Apple Pay and iCalendar.
  • Nice, when it works…

    I haven’t been able to book a haircut in 3 months. I work with support regularly but we only go in circles while they insist it “should” be working. Of course it “should”, but it isn’t, and doesn’t, and support is more concerned about the fact that there’s “no reason it shouldn’t be working” than the fact that it actually is not working.
