Disappointed
I have been a client for two years. About a month ago the app decided to make an update. The update created issues with notifying clients of their appointments, a service that is paid for, and they left out area codes from where I live, so my clients could not make their appointments with their phone numbers. They had to use area codes from other States to be able to. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I notified this issue a month ago an nothing has been resolved. If I don’t contact them, no one contacts me. I’ve lost a significant amount of business and income due to this issue that has yet to be resolved.Renoir01

Do Not Use This App!
I booked and paid for an appointment to get a haircut through the squire app. I arrived at the barbershop ten minutes early, they were closed. An hour later they still hadn’t open. I sent an email to Squire customer service requesting a refund. Squire customer service told me that they cannot give me a refund and that I must go through the barbershop, now if you can’t issue me a refund for a service that you are providing why are you taking my money. Squire? I called my bank and they issued the refund. I wasted money (two Ubers), time (appointment was at 9:30 (I arrived at 9:20 am sat there until 10:30). Please do not use this app. Customer service is not for the customer.UNtouchablejoe

Perfect for transplants
Have had the best luck with this app! Struggled for 4 years finding barbers in Chicago that could cut my hair. The app found a shop close to me and I lucked out getting a barber who knows my hair texture perfectly. The payment system is also clutch because I don’t live near ATMs for my bank.
