A joke of customer service
Not only is the app poorly built and lacks basic settings like changing your email or your name, but the customer service is utterly trash. A complete joke of a response full of grammar mistakes and an inability to help with simple issues. Their final suggestion: go speak with the barber directly to make changes on their side of the app, we cannot do anything (change an email).Vlad Caz

Poorly designed search function
SQUIRE is pretty much impossible to use because you can’t search barbers by location and it does not house photo galleries of barbers’ work.
I travel frequently and need to search a location prior to arrival. The only way to search now is to type in the city and then click on individual addresses (shop by shop) that pop up. It’s clunky and consuming.
Also, I have yet to find where the barbers photo galleries are located.Hmm ok ok
Easy to navigate
The app is great and easy to use. I was able to download the app and book an appointment same day. And I was able to pay ahead of time which made it so much easier when I went to my appointment. It works great if you have someone you want to go to regularly. You can book an appointment and make your life a lot easier by making sure it’s taken care of.vinny&gaga
Upgrade feature
This app does not support multiple bookings. I have 2 younger sons and myself and can’t book appointments for my family. Can you please fix this.dzel21
Easy to use
As a client using the app, it’s super simple to schedule my haircut and pay for it all in the app. Reminds me when it’s time for my appointment and just an overall around good experience. Glad my barber is using this platform!darincarter
