Flow SLU
The feature to see usage of the plan or service for mobile should be activate. Not only because I want to see what Iβm paying for but my usage during the service .Trying not go over what my budget is whether it be data , sms or talk Time.

Took less than five minutes to make payment, definitely deserving of five stars.
This month everything has worked fine.

Flow app
I like Flow, but the service is expensive. The main problem that I have is that when your service gets cut off on your phone you cannot connect with the app. They should make it so that you can always connect so that you can pay your bill.
Great updates to the app
The app is very very easy to use. Payment is processed within seconds & itβs very user friendly. Definitely a lot of improvements compared to how it was a few years back.
Payment
Setting up payment arrangement was manageable with some ease. I made mistakes entering my credit card information and the system allowed me to reenter without any challenges
Payment. Yes, the payment process was seamless but a slight bug delay after pay completion.
Great UI. The UI is clean however, it would be nice to have a proper mobile application that can allow to control, topup and maintain all Flow applications.
Many of the options do not work
While I love this app for the payment option, other aspects do not work. I cannot switch to other phones on the account to check their usage. I cannot switch to another account although it is linked. I cannot sign in using a mobile number. Please fix!!!
Payment works
I have had some long-standing issues in paying my FLOW bill. Not only FLOWβs systems but also the bank systems have interfered. At long last the payment system works and it is such a help.

Got in and paid my bills in less than 10 minutes
