  • Flow app

    I like Flow, but the service is expensive. The main problem that I have is that when your service gets cut off on your phone you cannot connect with the app. They should make it so that you can always connect so that you can pay your bill.

    Had some issues to set up my credit card to pay but after that, I have had no problems

    This system will make a big difference in ensuring that my bill is always on time. The system allows me to make a payment wherever I am. I appreciate the opportunity to use this service and look forward to many years of usage
  • Smooth Flow, but you missed the mark! (Updated)

    This is an update for my previous post. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because I am now able to setup auto payment on all my accounts. I still review my bills monthly to ensure that it correctly reflects my changes and payments.

    I have multiple accounts, 2 mobile accounts, one home account and a business account. The mobile accounts were smooth sailing because I was able to setup autopay; however, that’s were Flow missed the mark by limiting how many auto payment options a customer could have per account. My home and business accounts took several additional steps to complete my transactions. Flow, please increase the number of automated payments allowed. Thank!

  • Payment. Yes, the payment process was seamless but a slight bug delay after pay completion.

    Great UI. The UI is clean however, it would be nice to have a proper mobile application that can allow to control, topup and maintain all Flow applications.

    The app is easy to use and you can add other accounts and make payments. The payment timeline is fast and you get instant receipts both via message and email. Good job Flow! 👍🏾

    As the title says, info was easy to access and updated. The payment process was secure and fast and reflected on account immediately. No issues to report.
