    This 10.1.1 is a downgrade nothing works and all my accounts gone only leave one wast of time and money
  • Slow! Can’t pay bills, can’t transfer credit etc.

    I don’t understand. Why did you need to update this app? Version 9.1.5 is the worst. It’s veryyyyy slow. I can’t transfer credit from account to another account. I can’t pay bills.

    I can’t see my landline account it’s asking me to add a new account. When I click add I see the account but I can’t add it. Please revert to the older version. Why did you guys need to fix or update something that was working well.

  • Absolutely Awful

    The app no longer works. I paid my bill on the app for two months and now it doesn’t work. The website for fast pay doesn’t work. The wifi service is terrible. You all charge for the service but it doesn’t work. It’s slow and it cuts out. It’s frustrating and at this point you can cut my service off. You take peoples’ hard earned money with nothing in return. You have to do better.

  • Flow needs to FIX it Lort

    The previous version was a little technical but I got used to it…paying bills, checking data balance & funds balance, topping up, switching between accounts etc…

    NOW…..WTH happened here? Did we go back in time? Delete the whole app!!!! After reading the reviews someone said they do their biz on the online interface so I’ll try there but this is SHIIIII. Serves no purpose to the user - inaccurate info or no relevant info.

    Few months ago my payments were missing and not being recognised by the company. Alwayssss having to correspond with a worker to let them know I paid on such and such because I would keep getting no payment alerts, and of course my service being disconnected.

    This don’t even deserve a star, kmt.

  • The update version is crap

    Ever since the update nothing works. You pay a bill and the payment goes missing to the point where my services were disconnected and I had to file a report to actually find the payment. This happened two months in a row. Nothing gets updated. The older version worked fine. Whatever updates that they tried it’s broken and it does not work. I have stopped paying my bills via the app as it makes no sense

  • Needs work.

    Please provide iPhone X support. Why are usage alerts showing on my home screen within the app when I am nowhere near my limits? Maybe we can get some in app chat support? That would be great. Step up your game Flow and get with the

    One star added for the new update. Nice to see the app was updated from 7.1.1 one year ago to 9.1.3 in May 2022 with a fresher and cleaner look. I am also amazed to see that the updates have been coming in fast and furious instead of waiting months at a time for updates. With the new overhaul, please fix the following: 1) the app is still laggy from time to time when moving between screens. 2) Fix the error message when trying to pay in advance on a bill that has a credit balance. You can’t even get to the payment screen 3) Fix the error message when trying to top up another user’s phone. 4) Perhaps add support for the Apple Watch where notifications alert you when your bills will become due? This would be nice.

    I am encouraged with a grain of salt to see what improvements will be made in the future to this app.

  • Poor Execution

    It’s great to have an app for this purpose, however, using it is not recommended. I don’t trust the app for my bill payments. On several occasions there were glitches which resulted in payments being deducted from my bank but not applied to my bill - which then took MONTHS to be resolved by Flow. Any app dealing with financial transactions needs to be reliable and any issues need to be quickly resolved.

    The design could use some rethink so that the app is more streamlined.

    As a telecommunications giant in the Caribbean, it’s truly disappointing that this app is so poor.

  • App satisfaction

    Like so many other things that makes FLOW unique, I downloaded this app with very, very low expectations and for the first time ever, FLOW has met my expectations! This app forgets who I am when I try logging in by telling me that the information is incorrect yet when I try to register as a new account I am told “Sorry, there is already an account registered with these details”. For a supposed leader in the field of telecommunications not being able to get a simple app to function properly sends a very disappointing message.

  • Falling flat

    I was liking this app until the negatives just overcame the positives. It’s good to monitor usage and bill balances. Used it to make payments though it would be better if card details could be stored in the app. Most perplexing though is the difficulty in logging in. Pure troubles. After many attempts you may luck out and get in...thank god it then works with Touch ID. Biggest trouble now is that one account seems to have fallen off the app and having logged out to try logging in again to see if that fixed it I’m unable to login at all. Alas! Serious attention required.

  • Does not work - don’t waste your time!

    Just downloaded to see how my mother used all those minutes I just bought her and the app doesn’t even work! I am getting an error upon loading. Why bother to offer something if you can’t deliver? Absolutely worthless. I will not be paying for anymore international minutes if I can’t see how the minutes are being “used”. Where’s the accountability, Flow? Y’all don’t make enough money to do a better job than this? Smh
