  • Continued Improvement Needed

    Good on Flow for continuing to upgrade the app and work out the bugs as they come up. The app has come a long way. However, like other reviewers, I’ve noticed that with the latest version I’m not able to see an overview of my usage. The preview screenshots in the App Store show diagrams that indicate how much minutes, data etc is left. However in my app I am only able to see individual usage activities, not totals. This is not useful to me as a user looking to check my remaining data or minutes for the month (I could see it being useful for bill queries). The current usage page also never loads. Please keep improving and fix these issues also.

  • Worst App I Have Seen

    I don’t even know where to start. I live overseas and have a flow account (mobile). Previously I could top my phone up then send credit from the phone to my mom. Recently I am not able to do that anymore because of some ridiculous rules Flow has.

    Representative told me to download this worthless app which is not allowing me to transfer or even use the app. Email customer service still waiting on them to resolve or get back to me.

    Flow has no clue about customer service and ease of doing business. Not every customer wants to put their credit card info on a website, that is the only option they are offering me now.

    With that I will be deleting this app and moving my service to their competitor because clearly
    Flow cares little about providing good service and ease of doing business.

  • No problem, really

    My expectations for this app were low. I’m not experiencing any difficulties. I only need the app to check my usage balance, so I don’t go over on my allotted minutes, and to view statements and history. It does all of that just fine. I can navigate it easily. So I have to give it a 5. For me, it does all that I want.

  • Good idea, clunky execution

    App decides whether I’m still logged in at random. Sometimes while using the app. Other times I exit and come back to the app later without logging in. Please offer the user the option to stay logged in. Then actually STAY LOGGED IN.

    Poor back end communication. When trying to top up I got many errors related to the “webpage” not loading. Killed the app and started over. Had to login to PayPal twice in a row to continue with payment (???) then it apparently failed at the final step but in reality my payment went through (thank you PayPal app for the notification).

    FLOW I have a simple piece of advice... The easier it is for people to give you money, the more money they will give you! Make it frustrating and they’ll put it off and get to it later. Do yourself a favor and improve your app!!

  • Slow service, no service

    I'm trying to understand why the engineers and service men are taking more than three yearstovset up my tv, home phone and internet bundle. They move like snails. No concern for bringing in more service for company. Over three years for a port in a neighborhood that has them already just needs more. How soon secure my home without a phone line. Very disappointed with constants signal fluctuations. The app is almost always down or says it's linked something that won't show. Really poor service all round. Do better by your customers, please.

  • Needs to do better

    I use to love this app I was able load my credit distribute my credit the way I want it because it was easier for me to put on data and my international minutes... Now you can't log in. I've called customer care they can't help I've sent emails I've been told to call my local flow who can't help me either.. Nobody can't help and they stated it's not a known issue.i told them the it is. I've tried it on my iPhone my galaxy same thing unknown error.. Even tried doing it via chrome and safari same issue

  • Good app but much improving to go

    you can view balances, see remaining credit on voice, data etc. plans in real time, and you can purchase these with the monetary credit available. however it would be nice to be able to top-up in an seamless manner (saved info, ease of navigation, etc) WITHIN the app. as of now, you're redirected to flow's faulty top up site. come with the update please.

  • I like this app

    The app looks clean and minimal, all the things I like in an app so far. I've been asking for such an app for a long time, however there are some issues 1) the password field on sign up for prepaid users requires a strong password with alphanumeric and symbols. That's not stated on the signup view 2) the password expires with the session so you have re-enter the strong password again, so unless your password is stored in a password manager or is simple enough for you to remember it becomes tedious. My recommendation would be to integrate the app with 1password, allow the user to use a 4-digit PIN with an expiration after X number of days, unlock using Apple ID or keep the login for much longer, 3-days would be fine. 3) the top Up feature takes you outside of the app and to their online partner. The service is convenient but truly is expensive if you compare it to purchasing through a local vendor. If you have to do that use the partner's API and keep the user in the app. 4) there should be an iPad version, I have an iPad mini with GSM and I have to remove the card each time to activate data services. Other than that I like the app.

  • You made it to the future

    Very happy as a customer to see the company make a move like this. When the upgrade campaign was launched I was expecting new services such as this app, keep your upgrades alone the lines of improving convenience and you'll continue being the best
