    Setting up payment arrangement was manageable with some ease. I made mistakes entering my credit card information and the system allowed me to reenter without any challenges
  • Payment. Yes, the payment process was seamless but a slight bug delay after pay completion.

    Great UI. The UI is clean however, it would be nice to have a proper mobile application that can allow to control, topup and maintain all Flow applications.
  • Many of the options do not work

    While I love this app for the payment option, other aspects do not work. I cannot switch to other phones on the account to check their usage. I cannot switch to another account although it is linked. I cannot sign in using a mobile number. Please fix!!!

    I have had some long-standing issues in paying my FLOW bill. Not only FLOW’s systems but also the bank systems have interfered. At long last the payment system works and it is such a help.

    I will think about going auto pay for the future. I only question is how easy is it to turn off auto pay or is it several steps or can you just do it from this flow app?

    The current version released in December 7th crashes every single time after I log into it. This needs to be fixed now

    after your enter your card details and select ‘Pay’ the screen goes blank while it waits to take you to the payment processing platform. Consider adding a message to the screen to let us know our payment is being processed. Something like “please wait while we process your payment “. The blank screen is unnerving and caused me to exit and redo multiple times only to discover that some of the payments went through. I ended up with a credit on my account.
