Easy to use
Payment is really easy and efficient with this app, much better than the old version. The app is also easy to navigate and logically laid out for the most part.
I do wish that auto-pay would allow you to send payment before the final due date though. I get several reminders and it waits until the very last minute, so if anything goes wrong, or it’s a bank holiday, or it’s slow to process then you’d be late paying. Being able to select sending payment on the day of billing or 5 days before due date or something like that would be good.Show lessTiamatini

Flow app
I like Flow, but the service is expensive. The main problem that I have is that when your service gets cut off on your phone you cannot connect with the app. They should make it so that you can always connect so that you can pay your bill.ThomasTomas

Great for bill pay but there is a delay while the payment is processing with no indication that it is processing which could leave one to think that nothing is happening.HSM1970

Many of the options do not work
While I love this app for the payment option, other aspects do not work. I cannot switch to other phones on the account to check their usage. I cannot switch to another account although it is linked. I cannot sign in using a mobile number. Please fix!!!Genesisdancet
