Overall good app, just need to update the “ My account balance “ section. Sometimes the balance is not accurate. I tend to keep refreshing the page often to get my actual account balance.Mikejr.1

I like Flow, but the service is expensive. The main problem that I have is that when your service gets cut off on your phone you cannot connect with the app. They should make it so that you can always connect so that you can pay your bill.ThomasTomas

The app is very very easy to use. Payment is processed within seconds & it’s very user friendly. Definitely a lot of improvements compared to how it was a few years back.Quick n easy to use!
